“Overall we had a lovely time at Sleepezzy Cottage.”
Comfortable, spacious and lovely garden. It's in a central location for visiting all the major visitor attractions.
Advantage of having a bistro/bar next door was good but we only visited twice because it is rather expensive and please note there's a 12% service charge!

However this review is just a touch away from 5 star review as cleaning was just a fraction away from perfect (many obvious cob webs and spiders which we cleaned up immediately, dusty skirting boards and the lack of some basic kitchen items like washing up liquid and kitchen roll). There was a roof leak during some heavy rain which caused a slip hazard in the bathroom and in places the cottage is a fraction tired with cracks and sealant.
The only other issue, which sadly there's little can be done, is the noise from the road. We had no idea it would be that busy and that noisy. Might have been better to make that clear in the description of the cottage if you need a quiet location. Ear plugs helped though.
As I said we had a great holiday in North Norfolk and that was because this cottage is a charming and comfortable place to stay for a week. Good value for money too. The owner was very welcoming too.
