The property is huge and great for a game of hide and seek

The property manager Julie, is lovely, the bedding and towels are great, but that's about it.

I should have known what to expect when I saw the "welcome pack": a dirty basket with cheap biscuits, nondescript tea bags open to the air and 6 instant cappuccinos - all |I suspect from Aldi. The crockery pantry looks like a charity shop, only one dishwasher works, no foil, cling film or parchment. One hairdryer for 18 guests (and we didn't find it). Every serving dish had a layer of grease, every non stick pan was damaged (so I went to Waitrose and bought my own frying pan, baking tray and roaster) There was 1 bin liner, 1 washing tablet and 4 dishwasher tablets which just felt mean. There was a filthy paddling pool in the courtyard and 2 metal chairs that left metal splinters in your hands. Decor/ornaments were cheap and nasty, yellow un-ironed polyester tablecloths in the dining room, a mixture of tables so we couldn't all eat together, 70's dirty sofas, ripped and stained beach towels, not enough wineglasses , no serving spoons. I was uncomfortable in bed and discovered my mattress had been turned over due to several nasty stains, but I had to sleep on them, our main paper lampshade was ripped, and the curtain rails damaged, when I moved the bed to plug in my phone charger there were used tissues and a pile of ancient dust behind, plus the table lamp had a shade that was mouldy. Couldn't leave the bathroom window open as hornets kept coming in... and all this for £1,200 per night! I think Julie is doing her best but she has no budget to make the place right , We won't be back

This was a wonderful place to stay for our large family holiday gathering.

It was very comfortable with great amenities.

The house is beautiful and it’s also very large with lots of rooms which our grandchildren loved.

They have asked to go back for another holiday there. The games room was a big hit.

This was a perfect property for us, four couples and four very young children, also a two week old!

Julie , the property manager was extremely helpful, relaxed and supportive and even managed to replace a broken spare fridge within two hours! We were immediately comfortable in this lovely house, it had everything we could possibly need and is placed close to many attractions including National Trust houses, wonderful beaches. Thank you

Lovely big house in a beautiful part of the world.

Lovely and quiet with a big snooker table and table tennis room to relax and enjoy. We have a lovely time there.

We were a family group, aged 2 to 60, and this place was perfect.

It is old and has a quirky layout but I've never stayed in such a well equipped place. It has toys for the children, ample kitchen equipment and even a paddling pool in the out buildings. Julie is extremely helpful, friendly and replies promptly to any queries. Loved our stay here.

We had a truly amazing family stay at Southrepps Lodge with a large group including multiple generations.

The house is extremely spacious, well laid out and has everything you need. We had young kids with us and there were toys, games and even a paddling pool. The gardens are also beautiful with plenty of space for relaxing and playing. Julie was incredibly welcoming and helpful and the area is lovely as well. The full size snooker table in the games room was an added bonus. We would thoroughly recommend staying here!

From Julie welcoming us and giving all the information we required, our stay at this lovely property which was so well laid out from the kitchen, dining area, lounges, and games room and was all we could wish for, 13 of us enjoyed all of our time there from Friday until Monday and all wished it could have been a few more days.

We had a meal at the local Vernon Arms a mile away on the Saturday and the food was really nice and all the Staff made it a good night. We would re book this property again to get our family together. Many Thanks J Hodgkinson

Absolutely lovely family weekend.

Group of multi generational family ages ranging from 14 - 80 and 17 people in total. Beautiful house with plenty of space, with space to spare. Loved the games room. The courtyard was perfect and secure for our dogs. The bedrooms are all spacious. Plenty of bathrooms. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The main kitchen is very well equipped, we did a lot of cooking over the weekend and found everything we needed. Julie is great and on hand if you need her. Coast is not far, pub in village also very close. The whole group loved the house and agree that we would love to go back.

Southrepps Lodge was an ideal property for our family of 16, aged from 9 to 75.

The housekeeper was particularly helpful and showed us around, offering whatever support we may need which we didn't. The games room was a great bonus for the children and adults alike. We will definitely consider visiting again.

Southrepps Lodge is a beautiful, comfortable and homely holiday venue for a large group, whether family or friends across all age groups.

Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, towels soft and more than enough kitchen equipment, china, cutlery, glassware etc for everyone. We were a group of 16 across 4 generations and had space to spare! Would definitely recommend this property.

This was our 2nd stay at Southrepps Lodge and it’s perfect for large family gatherings.

Well equipped and homely. Some of the mattresses are past their best and the 2 seater sofa in the smaller red lounge is rather too saggy and quite uncomfortable.

Our party of 14 adults and 4 children stayed from 23rd December to 26th December to celebrate a combination of my daughter’s 30th birthday and Christmas.

The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We lost count of the number of Christmas Trees!! The property was perfect for all of us, we felt very very comfortable there. The house is enormous with plenty of space and rooms to accommodate us all. The house was very clean and had more than enough facilities and equipment for our needs. Everyone said that the beds were comfortable and we all had good nights sleeps. We made full use of the games room which is also very very big. The property owner was really helpful and we received a quick response to any queries. The property exceeded our expectations and we fully recommend staying there. We are already planning to return.

We stayed at this property with a large group, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect for our needs.

The house is incredibly spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready without any hassle. Everything was tidy, clean, and well‑maintained from the moment we arrived. One of the biggest highlights was the games room, fully equipped with a snooker table, table tennis, and lots of competitive games that kept both adults and kids entertained for hours. The two separate living areas were a huge bonus too, giving the adults a comfortable space to relax while the kids had their own area to unwind. The Christmas decorations were a wonderful surprise and genuinely exceeded our expectations. It made the whole place feel warm, festive, and welcoming. The large dining table was perfect for group meals, and the open space in front of the property gave the kids plenty of room to run around safely. Julie, the host, was fantastic, friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Overall, this property was ideal for a big group stay, comfortable, spacious, and full of thoughtful touches. We’d happily return.

The large house was excellent.

We.were15 people. All beds were comfortable. There were multiple bathrooms. The large kitchen had a warm Aga cooker and the 2 large lounge rooms were well furnished. But some functioning locks on the bathrooms would help! Everyone gave the house 5 stars

We loved the property!

There was enough space for all of us to do our own thing and not crowd onto anyone else. The games room was a bonus as well as the open space at the front of the house. The ‘two’ kitchen spaces were of tremendous use when cooking meals for sixteen people. The wonderful Mundsley Beach is only 15 minutes away and the local pub Vernon Arms offers delicious food. Our landlady as well as the property manager were very helpful and kind. We will be back.

What a beautiful large house for all our family of 15, ages from 7 to 70yrs, the games room was great for our competition's, the garden was massive lots of lawn space for the football, beautiful peaceful surroundings, watching the deers in the garden was a wonderful experience, Thanks for a great holiday making memories for all.

The place was great and easy to find, by following the instructions.

We were met by Julie who showed us around. It is big, old and very roomy. Quite quirky with some of the facilities. There was for once enough plates cutlery and pots n pans in the house. We have seen shortages before, but this was really good. The surrounding country side was amazing. We saw hares and deer on the lawn as well as the Guinea fowl, who were quite happy to walk around us. The pub in walking distance had good food and beer, and was able to fit the twelve of us in after booking. So we went twice. We found the games room really well equipped, so take your darts. We had one issue that the water was too hot in some showers, Julie had the plumber out the next working day and it was fixed. As a family group we take a house twice a year, this one will always be remembered, for the right reasons.

A lovely property with great facilities.

The games room is a real treat though the billiard table could do with a little maintenance on the pockets. A very peaceful setting with a lovely pub not too far away.

Our holiday began with a lovely welcome from the property manager and our week continued in a positive way.

The house was big enough for our large family group to enjoy being together and small cosy lounges added breakout spaces. We loved cooking together in the very well equipped kitchen, got comparative in the superb games room and our dog loved the space outside and the excellent access to lovely walks. Would definitely recommend for large family groups.

An excellent venue for a big gathering, very comfortably furnished and great provision for all ages especially the games room with snooker table tennis and darts.

Excellent communication and service with Julie the caretaker. One small grumble- it would have been good to know that the 2 days worth of logs mentioned in the briefing also applied to dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls ( which we would have brought with us rather than make a visit to a supermarket soon after arrival)

We had a fantastic stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

It is a rabbit warren and the kids loved roaming and exploring. The separate snooker/table tennis/darts room is a must and the outside spaces must be wonderful in summer. One observation - the plumbing system can't really support the number it accommodates. Two of the bathrooms have no shower over the baths, and the master suite shower ran cold all stay. Others have noted this for some time in the maintenance logs at the Lodge and but for that it would have had 5 stars. It also needs new tennis table bats and darts for the next season!

The property was brilliant for a multigenerational holiday.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas and well situated for exploring the area

Everything was lovely & the Manager was very helpful.

The kitchen was very well supplied for all that was needed for a large group. One of the beds in a room on the 2nd floor was found to be uncomfortable as it was an adult sleeping in it. We think it is usually used for a child so this wouldn't be noted as a problem. There were some flies on the windows upstairs which we know the owner is dealing with. This didn't detract from a good week in a special house.

Had a fantastic family weekend at Southrepps celebrating our golden wedding anniversary.

What an amazing place with everything you could possibly need. We intended to have a trip to the beach but we felt so relaxed and at home at the property that we spent the whole of the weekend at the house. The kids spent hours playing hide and seek as well as playing football outside. The games room was a bonus and was enjoyed by both the adults and the kids. Julie the site manager was very helpful and helped to make our stay memorable. Thank you for helping us to make memories and would definately recommend this property.

Great location and ideal for large groups.

Visually very impressive on your first approach down that long drive, which sets the tone when you first enter to explore the huge interior. Near enough to many great beaches and various sites in Norfolk and lots of space. (9 adults and 5 children for us). Everybody who stays here will have varying comments whether its bed comfort or something personal to them, we didn't use the freezer facilities very much but could have done with more fridge space. It's an older property with lots of history, which does come with a few low doors so mind your head if tall like me. Being used to catering for large groups it has ample supplies of all manner of equipment. I would use it again and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thanks to Julie (property.manager) who was very helpful and sorted out any questions and issues that arose. Yes I would recommend it to others.

The house was really very nice.

Lots of rooms, and bedrooms, and on the whole comfortable. A courtyard area with barbeques, a long table and chairs, all very pleasant. Slightly disappointing was the issue of the hot water supply, which did not stay hot for very long when we all returned from a day out and needed showers! For the cost of the rent of the property I think something should be done about this lack of hot water issue.

The house was really lovely - very well equipped with some really comfortable features. And lots of room! The local pub was excellent- food very good and great service. Lots to see and do locally. Julie the house manager was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The property is a unique and quirky place with lots of space for our party of 12 adults and 1 baby.

The bedrooms are mostly fine although one room on the 2nd floor had a nearly double bed but it's really a single room. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and drinks. We had a lovely welcome basket with biscuits and drinks. It's really refreshing to find enough dishwasher tablets for our week-long stay. The mattress in the main bedroom is really soft and spongy meaning you roll together. Given the size of this room it really warrants a bigger than double bed. The snooker and table tennis room is a great asset and there were rooms we didn't use as there's so much space. The biggest issue for us was not having enough hot water for showers when required. This really needs addressing. There's a lovely big bath in the main bathroom but not enough hot water to use it! Julie was friendly, welcoming and approachable although the poor phone signal in the area meant she didn't receive my message until we went out. We ate and drank at the Vernon Arms and it's a lovely pub with great food and on the whole catered well for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. We had a lovely family holiday here

Great place and lovely quite area, great local butchers, prepared everything we asked for fresh.

Owners of the property were lovely and anything we asked was not an issue, would definitely visit again. Local pubs where friendly and great walks around the area.

We enjoyed a very successful extended family reunion in Southrepps Lodge.

The property is well appointed and comfortable, with an ambiance which is both welcoming and relaxing. I would have no reservations in thoroughly recommending the property. The local agent was particularly helpful.

A very good place to celebrate a special occasion, with plenty of room for a big celebration with all the family.

The lighting in the snooker room, lots of the led bulbs were out and a direct light on the dartboard would be helpful, because the shadow of a beam goes right across the dartboard. These did not affect our overall enjoyment of our stay

Perfect house for a large group!

We were a hen party and the house had everything we needed and more. Every person said how perfect it was. The only issue was the hot water ran out after a few people had showers in the mornings. So some people had to have cold ones. Apart from that it was incredible. Julie the house manager was brilliant also, very accommodating and a good communicator. Will be recommending

Southrepps is a fantastic holiday home for a large group.

My family of 10 adults, 6 children and a baby had a wonderful time. The house was warm and there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and lots of living space to spread out, including a table big enough to all eat together. The playroom was great for the children and we thoroughly enjoyed the snooker room with ping-pong and other games too. Julie was extremely helpful and arranged a quick repair when needed.

Very accommodating host brilliant stay!

Southrepps Lodge is an excellent venue for a large reunion (there were 18 family members in our party), with a good many bedrooms and lounges (I am not sure we found them all), and it is well equipped (and with a snooker room, too).

The long drive from the gate to the house made us think we were arriving at Windsor Castle; and with quiet countryside and the sea within reach, as well as many of Norfolk's 600 medieval churches to explore, and local pubs offering Admans beer, what is there not to like?

Had a nice weekend thanks ' slightly disappointed that Sykes didn't mention broken windows ' multiple radiators leaking and so many flies it was unbelievable and unbearable for the younger children who constantly stating weren't going to sleep in the property that cost a lot of money and really we should of been warned about the fly infestation

This was a very impressive house approached by a lovely driveway.

The house was very spacious and extremely quirky. The master suite was a joy to behold. It was enormous. The kitchen was also very efficient with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridge freezers to cope with all needs. There was plenty of safe outside space for children to play and a lovely walled courtyard that was perfect for barbeques. The only drawbacks we found were the bed in the master suite. I know it was a Victorian bed but it was so uncomfortable, very bouncy and it was impossible to tuck sheets in easily. Most of the bedrooms had efficient curtains to cut out the light but not all. One in particular at the top of the house had very thin curtains and our grandson was awake at 5am every morning. Overall it was a lovely house and I wish we had found it a few years ago when our grandchildren were a bit younger.

Brilliant property in great quiet location.

Listed building so don’t expect everything to be brand new, but real character and nothing that put any of us off - a party of 10 lively 60+ pensioners. We would return tomorrow with our family, which includes small children and a dog. No problems with hot water or storage facilities. Wi-Fi was generally pretty good apart from in second floor bedrooms - but might be considered a bonus? Julie the managing agent was very helpful and lives close by if any problems.

Really lovely homely house with everything you could possibly need for your stay.

The kitchen is so well equipped. The men loved the snooker room, the kids loved the space and the garden. Us ladies would have loved the hot tub but sadly that is not currently available. That would have been the cherry on the top I think. The house needs a little bit of TLC in places but its a lovely homely place for a stay with a large group of people. It just takes a little while to learn your way around!! Julie was really helpful and great to deal with. We would stay again.

Our second visit to Southrepps Lodge, it is such a beautiful house, large but very homely, incredibly well equipped, ideal for extended family gatherings .

Early family Christmas get together 12 Adults 5 children.

We all had such a great time. I have never seen such well equipped kitchen just about everything you required. Beds were comfy and showers were good. So much space and different rooms. The child’s playroom was an absolute bonus. Julie had trimmed the house for Christmas which was greatly appreciated and lovely. All in all a great house loads of atmosphere and I am still not sure I saw it all !!!!!

We had the BEST weekend visiting for my 40th.

The scale and size of the house is so much bigger than portrayed in the photos - we were so pleasantly surprised! We had a lovely hamper of teas / coffee etc for us when we arrived. There was so much space!! The snooker table was an absolute hit with the kids especially! Julie was fantastic from start to finish, she made us feel welcome and was so accommodating. Thank you! I would defo recommend Southrepps and we will 100% be back! And we LOVED having an Aga. The kitchen is so well stocked with pans pots cutlery, literally everything you can think of! Thank you! X

Very large house - enough room to house everyone in our party and well equipped.

House is an old house, could do with a rennovation, but the price paid was reasonable for what we got. They just put in a new boiler but hot water did still run out on occasions. Communication with Julie was good. There were soiled towels left in the property, which let down the cleanliness. We receieved an apology for this.

The property was perfect for our needs.

Three families, two dogs plus me, grandma, recovering from the loss of her husband of almost 50 years. We all loved Southrepps and the area. Great times, great memories. Reminded me of boarding school but only the good parts! Thank you.

Great accommodation for us being family and friends 12 people.

Plenty of cutlery, crockery etc as places that scrimp mean you use the dishwasher more. Loads of kitchen equipment. Enough room to get lost in and a great place for kids. We hired the hot tub and snooker room. Julie was excellent being there when we arrived and departed and contacted us midweek stay. Location is excellent being close to the beach, walking and the Broads. Used The Canoe Man for a trip down the River Bure well worth it.

The property delivers in every way.

We had a group of 10 adults and 10 children ranging from 15 to 2 years. We were all very comfortable and the in house facilities catered for all our needs. The grounds were also fantastic and we all enjoyed a hugely enjoyable game of cricket. The lodge is steeped in history and exploring when arrive is very enjoyable. The location is also very handy for a number of local beaches and also the variety of wildlife in and around the property is superb. Overall we gave it 10/10 and hope to come back soon

We all had a great time in this beautiful lodge where we were made to feel properly at home from the moment we stepped through the front door.

The Lodge is well equipped with ample cooking pans and large bowls, lots of china and glasses too. The bed linen was good quality - crisp and white and the towels all white and fluffy - proper 5* comfort. Just one thing, the third floor was incredibly hot but I have to mention we were there in the 40C heatwave! Thanks so much, it was great and if we find another occasion we will be back. Joy

We came for a surprise 50th birthday celebration for 6 lads and their wives.

The wives all booked it so we knew the house was going to be stunning the lads faces were amazing they was over the moon with everything, the games room is a definite must and we hired a hot tub which was an added bonus, everything had been thought of even down to leaving us milk in the fridge for a much needed cuppa when we arrived, Julie the house keeper was extremely helpful and showed us where everything was ( the house is a maze) would definitely recommend a visit for any occasion even with 11 of us there you still had plenty of room to have quiet moments, we honestly had the best weekend and couldn't have asked for a better location to celebrate. Thank you for having us we will definitely be booking again

lots of space and rooms for a relaxing and partying weekend. lovely well equipped room for the children and even a room for the dogs. we booked the snooker room which was a real bonus.. Had a truly memorable fantastic weekend and will definitely recommend for big families or groups and hopefully we will return.

13 of us stayed for the weekend to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side, so we didn't get to explore outside, but the snooker table was well used as was the open fire in the front room. The whole house enables everyone to gather together whether it's to play games, eat or annoy the person cooking by standing around in the kitchen! But also has plenty of rooms if you want a bit of peace and quiet. House was very well equipped. Julie, the housekeeper, is very friendly and helpful answering all the questions we asked. Would love to go back someday.

A wonderful rambling property with sufficient room to accommodate our party of 14 (aged 2 to 86).

The kitchen was very well equipped and allowed our party to congregate and chat whilst meals were being prepared. There was a selection of sitting rooms providing quiet space when required and lots of nooks and crannies for the children to play hide and seek. The house was warm (lovely log fires) and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Thanks Julie. We paid extra for the snooker room, which proved great fun for all ages. Some wonderful local walks, though very muddy at this time of the year. A short drive to Cromer (fish and chips) and Mundesley (lovely walk along the beach). Wells-next-the-sea is well worth a visit (though about an hour's drive). Outstanding beaches and lovely coffee shop. Would highly recommend this property. Julie, the house manager, was also extremely helpful.

A great place for families to relax and for children to enjoy the space both indoors and out.

Lovely but uncrowded beach nearby at Overstrand, and other places to visit within half an hour’s drive. Good selection of toys and games for the children. Large, well-equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Southrepps Lodge.

The lodge is secluded and on a large property with big grassy garden and spacious rooms. Julie met us to give us a tour of the house and she was welcoming and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need for a large party. The snooker table and games scattered throughout the house were a highlight. Small items that would have improved our stay would be access to a hair dryer, spare loo paper, soap/shampoo, and extra dish washing tablets.

Southrepps was perfect for our family holiday.

It is a huge house with plenty of space for everyone. All the family were able to eat together in the dining room or sit together in one of the 4 sitting rooms but equally there is space for peace and quiet too. The lodge is beautifully situated at the end of a long driveway, so safe for young children to run around. There was everything you needed in the house and Julie was excellent to deal with. Would stay here again.

From the moment you see the house from the driveway you can’t help but be impressed.

We arrived to a very warm welcome from Julie. Who explained that we couldn’t go in for an hour due to unforeseen circumstances. But we sat in the courtyard in the sunshine with a welcome cup of tea. Nothing was too much trouble. We were then shown around the very impressive house and had everything explained to us. It is set in a fantastic location with an abundance of space to unwind and recharge, close enough to local beaches. It is very well equipped. With ample room to spend time on your own if you wish. The children loved running around the garden.

The house was wonderful, we booked it for a family gathering for my fathers 90th birthday and from the moment we entered it exceeded expectations.

We were always warm and cosy yet had a huge amount of space where, if you wanted, could get away from the crowds. The house was really well equipped and the beds very comfortable. Julie was very helpful and I always felt that should the need have arisen she would have been there. But as all was just right we needed no help. Thank you for helping to make our weekend stay so special. We would love to come back in summertime to really appreciate the courtyard.

We found the bedrooms and bathrooms very clean and the house was beautiful and spacious.

We did however run out of oil for heating and it was sorted by Julie very quickly. The only negative was that the kitchen had poor cleanliness ie..coffee filter had filthy mouldy coffee in the machine which had to be cleaned and bleached before use. The dishwasher both had food leftovers in the machine filters and the bottom of the washer and the cooker smoked as had bad oil stains from a roast that smoked out the kitchen on turning on the eletric oven twice. I did have photos taken in case u needed them of the dishwashers. The grounds and the actual house was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was well equipped for open fires each night and warm. To improve the kitchen facilities large tins or baking dishes for shepherds pie/lasagne and sharp small knives for veg ...would up the quality of the facilities. We would return so it was not bad by any means and we brought large dishes and hot pot as we asked beforehand and have found this in most large houses. Such a big family to feed! The only misleading facilities which did not state in the advertising was the payment for the snooker room and the spa hot tub which is not included and has to be self organised and paid for if want to bring in.

Fantastic 5 days over christmas.

Julie pulled out all the stops to take delivery of our online shop the day before we arrived as we’d missed a slot for our arrival day. Beautiful house in great location for countryside and beaches close by to drive - or run -to. Thank you for making this a great family Christmas

We spent a lovely weekend celebrating my husbands 60th birthday in this wonderful large well equipped house.

We had one blip, the Tesco delivery man couldn't find the property in the dark, he returned all our planned weekend food and drink back to the depot leaving us scratching around trying to find something to eat for tea.

As soon as we walked through the door we felt at home and we would love to return back and explore the area and the countryside, The snooker table was a great hit the men folk I would recommend this house for great family get together it had everything we needed Thankyou

We stayed here for my Dad’s 70th Birthday there was 15 of us .

The place is fantastic more than what we expected, lovely and clean throughout and very well looked after . Julie was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for her . We hired a hot tub which I spoke to Julie about the company who deals with this . It had arrived in the morning and was all set up for when we got there which was fab . Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be returning for other family gatherings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend with our children and grandchildren in this lovely part of Norfolk.

The house was beautifully appointed and very well equipped. The night sky, free of light pollution, brought everyone out to gaze up at the stars. The house martins also proved popular, as they congregated on the aerial above the courtyard, where we were enjoying a morning coffee. Tea, milk and biscuits were provided, which was a lovely touch.

We had an amazing holiday in this house - the house is huge, but still homely and welcoming.

It has everything you are ever likely to need and has been set up very well to accommodate large families or groups. We loved being in the countryside enjoying the wildlife and walks, spotting the woodpeckers and partridge on the drive and star gazing at night. The. beaches of Overstrand or Mundesley are a ten minute drive, we loved these beaches as they are quieter and very clean. Our dogs were particularly happy as they had their own room and access to the enclosed courtyard. Julie was on hand to help out if needed and responded very quickly when we rang - she was also friendly and welcoming. We would definitely reccommend this house and hope to return soon.

An outstanding property.

Very comfortable and fully equipped for our party of 13, with lots of space for us all. Lots of wildlife around, and a lovely courtyard to sit out and enjoy the evening sun. A very pleasant and helpful property manager, we would love to return!
