“We had a wonderful stay at Holly Berry Cottage.”

The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The location was ideal for relaxing, and everything was as described. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others

“A very pleasant few days in this well presented and very clean property.”

Comfy beds .Well equiped kitchen (only niggle not a freezer just a fridge with an icebox). A heated towel rail would be nice nowhere to dry towels . A lovely rural outlook no noise at all. Would book again if in that part of Norfolk. Thank you for the welcome goodies.

“Lovely place to stay, large rooms ( and biggest closet I have ever seen in a rental place !”

). The small complex is gated so feel extra secure. Very secluded location so peaceful. The place is one of 5 in a quad. Fairly central in location to alot of places in north Northfolk, so plenty to do in the surrounding area. A selection of coffees and teabags along with a pint of milk in the fridge when we arrived. I found the double bed a bit on the hard side especially on the first night , but soon got used to it, and this is more my personal view. Partner slept like a log on it . I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a ncid peaceful time away .

Good position for many attractions, although very small lanes to approach the place. Yes the en-suite shower was on the small side but we managed. Would we return to stay, yes.

“Holly Berry is in a lovely position to sightsee Norfolk.”

The kitchen facilities and appliances were fine for cooking our meal, everything we needed. Big enough table comfy sofa quiet position. The television could do with an update. The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs. After two bad nights I used the spare duvet as a mattress topper. I didn't feel it had been cleaned as well as it could have been. There was a resident spider in the bedroom. The ensuite looked a bit grubby.

Very warm and cosy yet airy with high vaulted ceilings. Comfortable and well furnished and equipped. A great location for exploring this lovely quiet part of Norfolk.

Each of these cottages offers bright, spacious accommodation, traditionally furnished with modern facilities. Wood Norton is a small village in rural north Norfolk, close to the market town of Fakenham. Just two miles from Wood Norton is the village of Foulsham which has a local shop and a pub with a restaurant. Fakenham is just six miles away and is home to a national hunt racecourse and has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The popular market town of Holt is close by and is well known for a wonderful array of independent food stores, craft shops, tea rooms and restaurants. Further afield are the seaside villages of Wells and Blakeney as well as the more traditional resorts of Cromer and Sheringham. The cathedral city of Norwich is a wonderful location for a day out, plus there are many National Trust properties in the area just waiting to be discovered.
