“Timbers is in a lovely location with interesting wildlife visible from the cottage including hares, deer, Red Kites and many other bird species.”
We were also delighted to see Sand Pipers nesting in the sandy cliffs on the beach.
There are several local walks including a lovely 3 mile walk to the town of Sherringham.
It was really useful to be able to walk to both the local coffee shop and the Ship Inn.
There are several National Trust sites nearby, including Sherringham Park and Felbigg Hall and Estate. The Muckleburgh Military collection is also well worth a visit.

Regarding Timbers itself, the accommodation is comfortable, however the kitchen and upstairs bedrooms are rather compact, which might need to be considered if booking for 6 adults.
