“This is a comfortable and very nicely decorated cottage in a useful location.”
It is close to a busy road, but there was no road noise with the windows shut. The bed and chairs were very comfortable and the kitchen, although small, was easy to use. Minor things that could be improved - a dressing table and a chest of drawers would be great in the bedroom, and there is room for them; a small table in the sitting room to play games on; more crockery and cutlery (there are only 4 of each item, not enough in some situations) and a bottle opener would be very useful.
It's a lovely area, you can walk from the cottage to Smockmill Common for a little walk, Tyrrel's Wood just south of Long Stratton is also a good place for a quick dog walk. It's also easy to drive to interesting places like Framlingham Castle, and the coast at Southwold.
