“Perfect setup for a group of old friends.”

Lovely spacious accommodation with comfy bedrooms and plenty of choice of bathrooms, a fun games room and a big welcoming kitchen for us all to gather. Lovely spacious accommodation with comfy bedrooms and plenty of choice of bathrooms, a fun games room and a big welcoming kitchen for us all to gather. We were close to the beach for an impressive parkrun and a windy walk and the town a decent wander down the prom for a day out. We discovered the circus, a great little Indian restaurant and a couple of friendly pubs. There was plenty of heating and hot water for us all which we really appreciated on a wet winter’s weekend. Just for your information we had issues with the TV’s. The bedroom one didn’t work at all and the downstairs one was erratic. But this didn’t spoil our weekend at all. We enjoyed a great weekend away and found 34 North Denes Rd a wonderful home from home.
