On arriving at the property and accessing the keys, only one worked properly and we were unable to access the front door. We reported this to Sykes and the Management care team but nobody came back to us! The bottom of the oven was dirty and the property could definitely do with some operating manuals. If these minor adjustments get sorted the property will go from good to a very good property imo! Having said that we had a great week, exploring most of North Norfolk and enjoyed sitting on the patio each evening in the garden chairs (that we purchased)

I can assure you that the property is new, it was purchased new in January and everything was bought new to turn it into a holiday home available for bookings from April, you were actually the 3rd guest to ever stay there. We are sorry that you had an issue with the front door, when you reported it to the management company you advised that it wasn’t a problem because you could use the back door, so we waited until you left and we have had the front door lock fixed. The user manuals for the oven, dishwasher and washing machine are in the cupboard next to the oven, sorry it seems you weren’t able to locate them. We have taken on your feedback around having to purchase chairs, when you made the booking you would have seen by the pictures that there is a picnic bench in the garden but we have now also added two chairs. We are glad you had a great week exploring Norfolk and everything it has to offer.
