The garden was great for our dogs and there was a nice walk nearby. The sea was only a 5 minute drive to Overstrand and Cromer is only a short distance away. The house is modern and feels lovely, but I will say it feels like it was a show home which has been bought and used as a holiday home (no issue with this).
Unfortunately the mattresses in the property are very uncomfortable and we all struggled with this during the week, I have also seen this has been feedback from other people who have visited but doesn’t seem to be resolved.
Also, the EV charger was incredibly slow. We plugged in on the last day and it said it would take 20 hours to get up to 80% charge!
Apart from this, we had a lovely time away as a family and the location was great.

The house was completely empty when we purchased it in January this year, many hours have gone into decorating, laying flooring and building furniture so the fact you think it looks like a show home is a massive compliment. Thank you.
In regards to the mattresses, they were brand new in April but you are correct we have had a couple of comments so we have spoken to the manufacturer and these are being replaced. I would also like to note that we have had several comments in the guest book in the house saying how comfortable they are, so with something like mattresses it is difficult to please everyone as different people have different tastes.
There is no way for me to change the speed of an EV charger, it is a standard home charger. You used the charger 3 times in the duration of your stay, so I’m sorry if you didn’t find the EV charger convenient.
We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and thought it was great for dogs.
