A bright, modern, and immaculately presented property with some lovely decorative touches throughout.

Thoughtful details, such as door hooks for hanging coats and jackets, made the stay even more convenient. The beds were comfortable, with high-quality bedding and towels, and both the bathroom and en-suite facilities were excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also very convenient, with a Tesco Extra and a park-and-ride service just a few minutes' drive away. While the surrounding area is still undergoing development, as others have mentioned, we found it neither intrusive nor noisy. We would be more than happy to visit again.

Covenient for access to the coast and the city of Norwich. We used the local bus for visits to the city. We travelled from Spain with our dog and it was good to have a secure garden.

Good facilities in a clean and well presented, almost new, property. Be aware of the location which is in a new estate on the outskirts of Norwich. You need a car! Whilst not affecting the overall score I would mention the TV is a little difficult to navigate if you're not used to Freeview and there were few utensils in the kitchen. There's building work going on but it didn't disturb us and the neighbours are friendly. I would recommend the Hollies if the location suits.

Everything that we could have needed was made available and the property was very close to Norwich and a very short and easy ride to the Norwich Park and Ride

Very nice property on the outskirts of Norwich.

Property very new and well equipped/maintained. There is still a lot of development happening nearby, but this didn’t impact our break. However, there are no streetlights, so it is very dark at night. Property well located for a quiet break and near woods for dog walking. It was a very comfortable stay, although the beds were a bit too firm for our taste. We would happily stay again though.

This place was perfect for us.

As it's a fairly new home, everything is very modern. The oven and microwave were a challenge at first, but once we got the hang of it, it was fine. We have left the oven instructions on the kitchen bench where they are needed, rathe than in a drawer in the living room. We also left the TV aerial balanced on top of the standard lamp which was the only way we could get free to air TV for the news. These are not complaints, just observations which may be helpful, as we had a lovely time and were very comfortable there. I notice another reviewer complaining about the location. These distances are not provided by the booking company but by a mapping app, which doesn't know where the place is. If you haven't got the sense to find out where a place is before you book it, you shouldn't go there.

Super property, ideal to explore Norwich and North east Norfolk.

A clean, warm and well-equipped property. The mattress in the main bedroom was a too firm for my taste, but will suit others. The curtains in the living room and main bedroom were difficult to drawer. The location was quiet but close to bus stops to get into the city,

The Hollies was very comfortable, with everything we needed for a very enjoyable week.

Very nice, clean and comfortable property, which helped to make our short stay in Norfolk a very satisfying one.

The only thing we struggled with was finding the property ( taxi struggled) It was a lovely house and we will definitely try and stay again

A lovely modern house set in a new build development.

Very well appointed with appliances, board games, welcome cookies & tea-bags etc. Lovely touches. Comfy beds and good bedding & towels etc.

Lovely house only a year old with everything you would need for your stay.

First problem we had was access as the front door was very difficult to open. Fortunately are first attempts were witnessed by a neighbour opposite who managed to open it for us and suggested we had some practice at opening it. We'll after 3 days it was still difficult, but my daughter had the most success. T V instructions would have been useful. The TV proved too smart for us and we couldn't get live TV only catchup. Also there was no written info on local attractions or bus or train details.

House was great!

Super equipped, only the corkscrew was missing. Beds are great! The construction noise from early in the morning is not so nice, especially since we sleep with the windows open. We were out a lot during the day, so it was bearable. We would come back.

We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family holiday at the Hollies.

The property was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. The location is ideal for getting into the city, heading out to the coast, or visiting the broads. There are lots of things to do in norfolk and the weather was beautiful, would highly recommend.

The Hollies is a lovely new house, the interior is like a show home.

Unfortunately, the housing development is ongoing meaning that opposite the front of the property is the builders compound. The rear garden is very nice but again the building works are ongoing. OK if you are out all day. Guests need to do their homework before their visit as there is no helpful tourist information in the property. The park and ride is only 5 minutes drive away which gets you into Norwich.

Excellent location to visit North Norfolk, beautifully furnished with everything you need, clean and well maintained.

This property was reasonable for a short stay.

The basic items were provided and the house was clean. The bed sheets are very noisy and both upstairs bathroom shelves are wonky.

The property is nice, modern and fully equipped, however there was quite a lot of dust on surfaces, dirty handprints on the banister and when I moved one of the coasters on a bedside table I found a load of sugar underneath it!

We booked our stay less than 2 weeks before coming and as soon as we received the confirmation and found that the property was nearly 3 miles outside of Norwich, which was not what we wanted, Sykes were very unhelpful and not at all understanding with our request to cancel and receive a full refund. We want it highlighted that the map location for this listing is totally misleading and was the major point we were trying to get across. We fully understand that locations cannot be totally accurate for security reasons and also acknowledge that the description states the property is on the "outskirts" however in all our years of booking holidays we have never been in the situation where the map location which we have always used as a guide has been 3 miles out! We recommend that the description is at least updated to say the location is 3 miles outside of Norwich and the map pinpoint is corrected.

Great place nice and clean everything you need and more definitely recommend this place
