    “Lovely property.”

Very clean and compact. Big comfy sofas. Comfy bed. The only drawbacks for us were that it was noisy at times. It was on the flightpath and near the airport (we didn't check the map before booking!) and there was also some building type noise from a neighbouring property quite early in the morning (7 am). It was a bit style over substance, by which I mean there were loads of decorative touches like plastic stag heads on the walls, but it didn't have a decent set of pans - just two small ...

Very clean and compact. Big comfy sofas. Comfy bed. The only drawbacks for us were that it was noisy at times. It was on the flightpath and near the airport (we didn't check the map before booking!) and there was also some building type noise from a neighbouring property quite early in the morning (7 am). It was a bit style over substance, by which I mean there were loads of decorative touches like plastic stag heads on the walls, but it didn't have a decent set of pans - just two small saucepans and a frying pan with a bent bottom which wasn't adequate for cooking proper meals. The boiler stopped working one evening during our trip but the owner fixed this quickly - it just needed a new gas bottle apparently. The wifi never worked - it was incredibly slow and we got better internet speeds by creating a mobile hotspot using 4g on our phones. To be fair, the owner offered to come and look at the wifi but beyond resetting the router, we weren't sure what this would achieve, and we tried resetting it ourselves. It was a good location to stay if you want to see Norfolk - near to Norwich itself, less than an hour to the north coast and the east coast and very close to the broads. Good dog walks nearby - Catton Park particularly good and only 5 or 10 minutes away by car.
