Coral House

WOW, WOW, WOW Coral House is so gorgeous, I didn’t want to leave.

On arrival, there was a lovely bottle of wine and snacks, both of which were thoroughly enjoyed. The Kitchen is absolutely fabulous, everything I needed. The main lounge area is so comfortable with a fabulous big TV. The decor throughout the entire house is so tastefully done, it feels fresh, warm and inviting. The beds are so incredibly comfortable I didn’t want to get up each morning, and the duvets are so fluffy. I just wanted to stay cocooned. The garden is so lovely, with a really nice seating area for those warmer days. Hard to find anything negative to say about this beautiful house. The towels are standard size, so if you like a bigger wraparound towel, you’ll need to take it with you. The bath in the Master suite does not have a shower attachment, which would have been useful, but there is a separate shower The estate that this house is on, is so pretty. If you want a fabulous breakfast with a stunning view, go to the cliff top café. The location is terrific, just a short drive to gorgeous villages. The Mississippi Boat tour is a real must, so relaxing. I’m looking forward to going back to Coral House again. What a find.

WOW this property has to be the GEM of Norfolk.

What a find, its certainly now on the top of our list for holiday homes in Norfolk. The large detached house has everything you need, kitchen is a very good size, light and airy and to sit in comfort at the large dining table to eat is an added bonus. The house was Exceptionally clean, and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The garden was very well kept and offered garden furniture and perfect size for our cockapoo .The house is in a lovely quiet setting, if its peace and quiet your looking for this is a perfect choice. You will not be disappointed if you choose this wonderful house as your base to explore Norfolk. BIG Thank you to the Owners We will return. Jane

We have been holidaying in North Norfolk twice a year, for 6 years, & Coral House is by far the best place we have stayed in.

We have never gone back to the same place , but we are contemplating returning in September/October, as we enjoyed our week so much. Our host was very helpful & friendly & informative. Coral House is very clean, comfortable, warm & very welcoming. Great beach walks either way to Cromer or Mundesley , & country walks within 5 mins. The circular walk to Northrepps was our favourite, & we also enjoyed the coastal path walk to Cromer , walking alongside the beautiful Royal Cromer golf course The Sea Marge Hotel & White Horse pub/hotel serve very good food & both are dog friendly. The Cliff Top Cafe is also very dog friendly & worth a visit. All in all, a great week, & we will definitely recommend Coral House to family & friends.

Beautiful stylish modern house.

Everything we could possible ask for was there to enjoy. We had a great week. We come to Overstrand at least once a year and hope to return to Coral House.

The house was perfect.

In an ideal location for visiting North Norfolk. The house was clean and had all the facilities we required. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the customer services of Sykes - had to asked a question 3 times before we got an answer back which was a good job that it wasn’t an emergency!!

Our second visit to is beautiful, very clean and well equipped house.

Everything you could need is provided. Situated in a quiet residential road with driveway parking. A lot of care has been put in to the lovely well maintained garden which we made full use of. We hope to return next year.

A tasteful and comfortable home The property was well maintained both inside and out.

The garden is wonderful, a lot of time and care is spent on keeping it to a high standard. The property is well situated in the village of Overstrand, which is very pleasant and close to the coast, a short walk to the sea. It is our second visit, hope to return again!

Lovely house in a great location far enough from Cromer but close enough to pop into town.

Lutyens Drive was remarkably quiet and didn’t see any neighbours all week. Spotlessly clean and most items required available. TV in the main room provided hours of fun trying to select a channel or an app. Ability to watch Netflix was a bonus. Enjoyed our visit.

Space a little tight in lounge with wall unit and additional furniture, double room again tight on space not really child friendly with heavy bedstead and silver furniture.

No appliance instructions, and no mobile signal. second TV had no aerial connection. Otherwise a Nice clean modern home backing onto garden centre. Good location easy walk to beach.

A fantastic house, we have been using Sykes Cottages for about 8 years and I can state quite categorically this was the best one we have had the pleasure of staying in, its location was perfect for exploring this little known area of Norfolk, local bus service was also 1st class

Beautiful immaculate house with everything you could possibly need provided.

Short walk to local pub and shop . Overstrand is well situated for lots of places i.e Sheringham, Holt (lovely shops). Welcome pack appreciated.

Coral House is a beautiful modern home, spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

It is set in a lovely position close to main routes around Norfolk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we were going back to the area.

It is a short walk to the beach and convenience store, plus an easy drive to Cromer and everything that the North Norfolk coast has to offer. We would definitely like to return to Coral House again.

Beautiful house with everything you need.

Great outside space with seating and an artfully planted garden. Loved smelling of lavender everyday brushing past to the back gate. Had a very minor request and the owner responded straight away. The house is in a lovely quiet road a short walk from the sea. We have just booked the same week for next year. Stayed in lots of properties in the UK, this is 5 star. Thank you for the wine it was lovely.

Just a beautiful clean and comfortable house.

Very very well equipped and beautiful garden all in the perfect location for the beach and the countryside. Close to an excellent village store a pub serving excellent food and a hotel open to non residents that also serves great food with views across the sea. Perfect place and location for a relaxing break. Highly recommend.

It would be beneficial for the home owner to provide a folder of how equipment works.

Every home should have a visitor book, where comments can be made. The house is one of the best that we have stayed in. We are seasoned users of Sykes cottages, so it is safe to say, we would recommend Coral House to your customers. We would suggest that the TV in the front room receives a signal for direct use however. We are aware that bookings are slow coming in for this property, and we would advise the owner to open it out to be used by families, as it would attract more interest, and would be likely to be full for most of the year. A bond could protect the owner in this instance. The price will dictate the clientele for this quality property, as it does demand the pricing. The property is ideally placed to visit the whole area. There are two top quality venues to eat out within walking distance, serving a great selection of meals. Shopping is convenient as Cromer is only a mile or so away. The beds were very comfortable and it is very dark and quiet at night, as the property stands away from the main road. There is a beach which is also within walking distance, which would be ideal for attracting families, although it does not have lifeguard cover. All that is left to say is thank you and well done to Jacqueline, we hope that you do well advertising through Sykes.

This was our second visit to coral house a beautiful Immaculate holiday home extremely well equipped , very comfortable with pretty gardens in the lovely friendly village of Overstrand on the north Norfolk coast, highly recommend .

The rooms were larger than expected.

There was everything you could need apart from some tongs in the kitchen. It was warm and comfortable, just what was needed with the bitter winter weather. It was very quiet and peaceful and DARK with barely any street lights which is nice Missed not having a visitor book to leave notes for others. Can highly recommend the White Horse in the village, The Grove in Cromer and the Sea Marge Hotel for afternoon tea.

What a lovely way to spend Christmas week.

The house was really warm, comfortable and well equipped. Ideal location for an anytime of year holiday nothing is too far away and there is some nice walking. The garden centre next door has a lovely friendly cafe.

Nice House, however, NO Mobile Signal at all in the property, whilst I was outside in the street trying to connect, I was told by two different people who actually lived on the development that their phone signals were terrible and had always been so, they often had to drive towards Cromer to get a decent connection.

I had booked to stay 3 weeks but was only able to stay 6 nights because I needed a reliable mobile signal especially for incoming calls, in the first 3 days I had 9 missed calls while in the house. The lack of mobile signal should have been mentioned in the property details for Coral House on the Sykes website because this was not a short-term fault but is a continual problem according to the locals in the village. I certainly would Not have booked Coral House if it had been mentioned on the Sykes website description that there was a problem with very poor / No mobile signal.

It was worth every penny that we paid. The location was also excellent very quiet and still close to the village and beach and a bus route into cromer. Cannot fault this property

An excellent holiday let, very clean, well equipped, very comfy beds and a quiet convenient location for the coast and local towns.

With the lovely weather we enjoyed sitting in the garden and appreciated the large sitting area along with the smaller patio. The smell from the Lavender border was wonderful too. Thank you to all concerned with renting of Coral House.

The House was amazing and large.It had many facilities.The interior was immaculate and very relaxing. The online holiday information was accurate.The garden area was large , neat and also very relaxing.I would recommend this property as an excellent chive for a holiday rental.

We had the most fabulous time away and felt relaxed from the moment we arrived.

The finish of the house is to a fantastic standard and everything seemed to have been thought about to provide a truely comfortable and relaxing home to enjoy. The cleanliness was exceptional. Thankyou so much for your attention to detail I'm sure we will be back very soon, Thanks Oli and Jo x

We had a very comfortable week at Coral House everything was perfect , the garden was beautiful and peaceful .

Overstrand has the charm of bygone days with pretty walks and a lovely beach , a couple of coffee shops/cafes and places to eat in walking distance with a village shop also the white horse pub is just around the corner. You can be in Norwich city or the broads in half an hour there are many beautiful beaches towns and villages in north Norfolk a holiday at coral house will not disappoint we would highly recommend .
