    “The driveway was easier than expected, the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed.”

    Catering for pets was a real bonus and well thought out. I couldn't work the shower properly but that could have been me. Very well presented and everything we could have needed was there. The only downside was 'Sykes Cottages management' and because of their atrocious support we will never book anywhere with them again but the cottage itself was great.and i feel for the owners.

Perched in the delightful village of Reedham, Norfolk, is this characterful, semi-detached cottage, Phloxhaven. Accessed via a quiet country lane that leads down to Riverside, Phloxhaven is a great base for families looking to get away from the stresses of everyday life and explore the Norfolk Broads. Dust off those cooking books in the kitchen, providing all the essentials to prepare a light snack or hearty lunch, before settling down at the dining table or in the garden for alfresco dining. Leading through from the kitchen is the bright living room, home to a striking open fireplace, three-seater sofa, and armchair, ideal for relaxing nights in. Whisk away upstairs to discover the bedrooms, the master houses a double bed, and the second bedroom has two singles, each wonderfully presented and serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. A pretty, former coastal village set on the banks of the River Yare on the fringes of The Broads in Norfolk, East Anglia. Reedham offers a small range of amenities, including a couple of wonderful, highly-rated riverside pub/restaurants. This is a fantastic area of England, with something for everybody nearby including the beautiful city of Norwich, the dramatic Broads and Mid-Yare National Nature Reserve for you outdoor enthusiasts. Slightly further afield lie the two popular seaside resorts of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, both with wide ranges of amenities and stunning beaches with lots of entertainment.
