What guests are saying
Fabulous well appointed home very comfortable and clean owner left wine and milk which was appreciated thoroughly enjoyed our stay didn't need to take tea towels or dishcloths as these were provided.
Only drawback was noisy air vent in bathroom
This property is perhaps one of the best that we've stayed in over the last 20 years.
However, it had one major drawback that sadly spoilt the stay. Clean and tidy, with good, well-maintained fixtures and fittings. Nice, secure, dog-friendly rear garden. After 4 hours sleeping in the rear bedroom, we couldn't take it any further. The mattress was like a bag of cement, as was the front double bedroom. We slept on the sofa and single bed. And returned home 3 days early in agony. Both mattresse were decent quality new but too firm !!
We loved our stay at the bungalow.
A few things that would have made it better - brighter light bulbs in the bedrooms, very hard to see to put make-up on at the mirror in main bedroom. A full length mirror would have been helpful and could go in the hallway. Should really have a couple of pedestal fans as it gets very hot. The patio furniture we had to clean as covered in cobwebs also the front door needed a sweep as there were spiders and cobwebs all round it. No big issues all else really good.
