As always, a fantastic place to stay.

A wonderful "home from home". Jack's Corner is everything you could wish for in a beautiful part of Norfolk. We've loved it everytime we've stayed.

Excellent little cottage ideal for a couple,could do with a clothes airer for wet days(we unfortunately had a few) apart from that everything you could ask for and more(wine was a lovely touch) thank you for a lovely stay

A beautiful, comfortable absolutely perfect place to stay.

The owners are very warm and welcoming, and the little extras, biscuits, wine etc were a wonderful touch. The private garden was lovely to sit out in and is extremly well maintained . We would most certainly recommend Jack's Corner and are hoping to return.

We love staying at Jack's Corner, its a fantastic location for exploring the Norfolk area.

Just enjoyed a pleasant week at this property sited behind the Union Jack pub.

It is incredibly quite and there is a separate entrance to the property car space. The property is nice and homely and fully equipped for two. Nice comfy bed for a good night's sleep very welcome. There is a hourly bus route to King's Lynn and Fakenham stop 4 minute walk away. We used the Lynx bus to K/Lynn from Roydon changing at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital stop for Lynx service Hunstanton and beyond every 15mins. There is a mobile fish and chip van Wednesday night 5pm to 8pm at the nearby x roads. It was very good fish and chips to. Trevor and Lesley helpful and friendly hosts it is a good place to stop for the North Norfolk coast. We stayed July 25.

We had a warm welcome from Lesley and Trevor and thanks to them for the wine, biscuits etc.

The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped .A secluded private garden was ideal to enjoy a meal and a glass of wine .After returning from a day out exploring a visit to the Union Jack pub is a must to pop in and enjoy a couple of pints where the locals are friendly and made us welcome. We would not hesitate to recommend to our friends and family. Thanks again. Janet & Vernon

Stayed at Jack's Corner for a week 6.

6.25. We enjoyed our stay at the property it was comfortable and private for the 2 of us and our cockerpoo. It had everything you needed for your holiday Thank you Lesley for the lovely welcome pack Of wine ,bis, Choclate sweets, milk and water The weather got better each day, we managed to visit Old Hunstanton, Sandringham Country park, Snettisham, we would recommend a visit to Bawsey lake only 7mins away. We enjoyed 3 lovely meals at the Three Horseshoes, also a lovely lunch at The Crown in Gayton. Thanks Lesley for the use of yr property.

Excellent property providing all requirements.

It is superbly situated for the north West Norfolk coast and also beautiful wood walks nearby.

This is our second stay at Jack's Corner and again it has been a fantastic place to stay.

Leslie and Trevor are great hosts and nothing is to much trouble. Surrounding area has so much to offer in terms of locations and amenities. When your day of exploring has ended finish it off in the Union Jack where a friendly welcome is assured.

We had a lovely weekend away at Jack’s Corner.

The cottage was perfect for us and our dog, lovely and clean, and had everything we needed (plus a few little extras!). The location was also perfect for exploring Norfolk. The owners were super helpful with directions, and with recommendations for trips, we particularly loved the beach and town of Wells! They also ensured we had a couple of great evenings at the Union Jack pub! We would definitely recommend the cottage (and the pub!) to anyone looking to visit the area, and would happily stay again ourselves in the future!

We absolutely loved our last minute break to Jacks Corner.

The location was excellent for North Norfolks coastline. The icing on the cake is having the pub Union Jack on our doorstop. Such friendly welcoming hosts, helpful and kind. We were welcomed into their community for New Year’s Eve. The accommodation was perfect for two with our dog. Enclosed garden. Lovely and warm in the middle of winter and everything we required on site. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Excellent hosts, we had a lovely relaxing time in the cottage albeit the weather could have been better (not there fault).

Beautiful private garden and very peaceful. We were lucky as weather really nice. A good base for exploring the area. Lots of extras provided so everything you need was there. Would definitely stay again . The bed was very comfortable and I actually slept well considering I’m a light sleeper!

Clean, contemporary bright and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Great to have a parking and also a good size secure enclosed patio for pooch. The location was a great base to explore the area with loads of places within an hours drive .

Situated in a great location to explore Norfolk. Warm, clean, and very comfortable accommodation, with a luxurious shower room. Lovely and fully enclosed patio garden. The pub in front of the accommodation is very friendly and offers the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Trevor and Lesley are welcoming owners. We will return.

We enjoyed our stay the studio had everything we needed and bed was really comfortable. The pub is cosy with a great atmosphere the locals were chatty and made us feel welcome. There is no noise from the pub it is great location for the local attractions even used local bus to go to Kings Lynn. Hope to go back in the future when we return to England once again thanks for a wonderful stay.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped and with a very pretty enclosed garden. This is an excellent location as a base from which to explore Sandringham and the North Norfolk coastline. The pub next door is a great place to relax after a busy day. We will return.

What a charming property.

The cottage was delightful - well maintained and we couldn't fault Lesley at all! Kitchen, compact and every utensil we needed. equipment so up to date. The wet room was brilliant. The shower was easy to use. We only used the heating once but it was also easy to understand. Oh! and the courtyard garden. So peaceful and how I enjoyed sitting and reading. Behind a pub - but it was never noisy - even though the Union Jack pub was very popular with locals and holidaymakers. Willl we return - you bet! Milo the dog was so happy there!

I had a lovely week at Jack's Cottage with my girly Greyhound.

We enjoyed meeting the locals in the pub. Cottage is very comfy with everything you could possibly need. Lesley and Trevor are lovely and made us feel very welcome. Kings Lynn is not far away, with plenty of places to visit nearby.

A really enjoyable stay.

Very well appointed property; equipped and maintained to a high level.

We had some doubts about the place when we first booked due to possible noise with its proximity to the pub but that turned out to be the making of the place - the locals made us and our dog welcome from the first night we went in for a drink and that friendlyness was present right through our stay. As far as noise was concerned we could have been next to the Church! Lesley and Trevor are clearly seasoned hosts; they successfully navigate the fine line between being helpful and caring hosts whilst remaining unobtrusive. Not easy when you're next door. A thoughougly enjoyable experience and one that we can genuinely recommend.

Jack's Corner is a beautifully presented property and contains everything you could possibly need.

The lovely courtyard was private, peaceful and secure for our dog. The owners, Trevor and Lesley, were very welcoming as were the local people we met during our stay. Some thoughtful little extras were provided such as wine, biscuits, milk, bottled water and treats for the dog. Only a few miles from Sandringham and not far from the coast we found this property ideally located and would thoroughly recommend it.

Our second stay at "Jacks Corner " was great .

Such a lovely clean place and so handy to explore North Norfolk again . Trevor and Lesley were actually on holiday themselves for most of our stay , but we remember them from the first visit last year and for the short time we saw them this time ,they are are just as friendly and helpful as ever and the people who were there in their place were just the same. Thank you once again , Margaret and Alan Marsham and of course "Little" Buddy ( Woof ) .

Wonderful hosts Nothing was too much trouble.

Friendly locals. The cottage was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had a great week of R&R. The enclosed garden is a tranquil space George our Jack Russell loved it as much as we did. We hope to be back again next year.

Hosts are friendly, accessible and helpful.I am not very tech savy so was helped to ensure I could work WiFi and TV ,I was given very useful local advice and tea,coffee and milk were there plus some goodies as I was there on my own for new year.Fantatic location for walks and local sites.I would highly recommend.

Just had a lovely week away in this little hideaway Jacks Corner.

It was very comfortable and quiet. The place was spotless with everything you would need for a week away. The hosts Trevor and Lesley were very very welcoming. The pub was great and the locals made us feel so welcomed. This little cottage is in a great location to explore Kings Lynn and the North Norfolk coast. Beautiful enclosed garden is so lovely to relax in and let the dog roam. We would definitely recommend it and would love to have stayed another week if it had been available. On arrival at the cottage we collected the keys & were showed in by Trevor the landlord & owner.

It was pleasant to see that there was a bottle of wine for us & treats for our dog max. We found the cottage very clean & comfortable & a perfect base from which to site see from. We were made most welcome & enjoyed our stay, Trevor & his Partner Lesley were the perfect hosts. Will definitely be returning at some point in the future if they'll have us ;-)

It is a lovely cosy cottage . Well equipped kitchen , large bathroom ,lovely outdoor space and spotlessly clean. There is no noise at all from the pub .Great hosts on hand should you need anything but also it is a completely self contained cottage . It is a great location for visiting North Norfolk . We will definitely be returning.

Tiny little cottage , crammed with all sorts of cheap brick a brack on every surface.

no room for our own personal possessions. The kitchen was unusable. Dirty and old cooking utensils, they should be thrown away. Nine dirty and old dusty cushions. A dyson vacuum with dirt from goodness knows how many times used. The only windows are at the front. Kitchen is dark, has no windows. I have dust allergies, every day in this cottage triggered them This place needs to. Pare back on the cheap tat. Don’t put cooking items and dog dishes in same cupboard disgusting………we didn’t last the week left early. Couldn’t wait to get out

Jacks Corner in Roydon is an ideal place to stay for convenience to visit many places in North Norfolk .

My wife and I with our small dog "Buddy" have just spent a very comfortable week there . Lesley and Trevor who also run the pub that Jacks Corner is behind are lovely people and very friendly. Jacks Corner is very comfortable and has all the facilities that anyone would need . There is an ideal parking area off the road just the other side of the fence of Jacks Corner and the fence makes it safe to let your dog , if you take one, to roam on its own.We would certainly have no hesitation in booking there again. Also, although it is situated behind the "Union Jack" pub , there is no noise from the pub.

Just spent the most relaxing week at jacks corner the cottage was perfect everything we needed was there plus little extras for us Chip our little dog loved his treats.

The cottage is in a ideal spot in a great little village very handy for the north norfolk coast and some great country walks right on the doorstep. Lesley and trevor are the perfect hosts nothing was to much trouble and their pub is a great place to kick back and relax with a pint in the company of very friendly and sociable neighbours. We would without doubt recomend this ideal little cottage with its little patio and fully enclosed garden for your pet. We will certainly return. Best wishes John Pat and Chip

Fantastic accommodation great location too, spotless and had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay.

Dog bowls and treats were also a brillant touch and bottle of wine also! Perfect location and very quiet we used garden to sit out with our meal most evenings, dispite being next to the pub we heard no noise at all. We did spend two evenings in the pub also which was very welcoming and its a proper rural pub! Owners Lesley and Trevor are a lovely couple and were so welcoming and looked after us. Highly recommended would defiantly stay again!

This cottage is in a very quiet location and ideal for a restful holiday.

It is also in a central position for visiting lots of coastal and inland attractions. The weather did not allow us to sit out in the garden but we nevertheless enjoyed looking out on the garden.

Had a perfect week away, cottage was just what we were looking for, clean and comfy and perfect location, especially for walking our Labrador.

Jack's Corner is one of the most relaxing cottages we have stayed in!

The hosts are so welcoming and left wine, milk and other goodies out for our arrival, and even provided treats, bowls and a towel for our dog! We loved everything about it; the decor, the safe, enclosed garden, the privacy, peace and quiet was wonderful. Even though it is a small cottage, there is plenty of room for a couple and the kitchen is very well equipped. The shower room was wonderful too with soft fluffy towels provided for us. There is so much to see around this area and the beaches are amazing! We would definitely book here again and highly recommend it for couples & their pets.

Very comfortable, nice peaceful area, hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly without being intrusive.

A very enjoyable holiday.

The studio is fitted out to a high standard and the garden was great for our little dog. It is totally secure and very pretty. a Real sun trap. There was absolutely no noise from the pub and we were made very welcome by Trevor and Lesley. There are lots of dog walks in the area. The best beach we found was Old Hunstanton which is a dog friendly beach and is very large. Sheringham is also a great place to visit. I was amazed at how many dog friendly places we found all over the area. If you need petrol or a supermarket then Asda is only a couple of miles away on the King's Lynn road and King's Lynn has all the shops you could ever want.

Despite being situated behind the Union Jack pub, we had a relaxing and peaceful stay, with no noise or disruptions. The village of Roydon is attractive, with plenty of walks for our Bassett Hound and the local people are very friendly. Trevor and Leslie made us welcome and we would also recommend tasting the ales at the Union Jack!

The pub does not do food but there are places nearby. The owners are very helpful and if you have any questions or needs they will assist you. We were made to feel extremely welcome. It is an ideal base to visit North Norfolk. Around 1 hour 30 to the Broads. Possibly the best holiday we have had in the 7 years of using Sykes

A lovely spotless hideaway for two it may not be very big but it has all you want for a nice quite getaway.

your own sun spot garden enclosed, ideal for dog owners, your own private parking space, pub door approx; 30 steps away, mine host and their customers were extremely friendly, Lesley and Trevor could not do enough for you. No meals at the pub but others locally. 15 out of 10 for a ideal romantic getaway. Will go again, visitors book speaks volumes.

This is a very comfortable and spotless cottage, with very pretty garden area.

Also very secluded and secure for dogs. The owners Trevor and Lesley made us very welcome and were happy to help with any local information, places to visit or places to eat etc. This was our second visit and was as enjoyable as the first. Being behind the Union Jack pub was very convenient, it was a lovely old country pub,everyone very friendly and dogs were welcome too. Didn't hear any noise from there at closing time either. Hope to visit again in the future.

Very pleasant and quiet

A little gem of a ‘bed sit’ style cottage situated in a private location behind the owners ‘s public house .

Very quiet ( no noise from any traffic or from the pub ). Whilst the cottage is relatively small there was ample space, good heating ( I was there in November ) and it is well appointed. My only slightly negative comment is that the seating is a little ‘firm ‘ after sitting for a while. Certainly no big problem. Roydon village is well located for King’s Lynn and the Norfolk coast. I was there for a week of cycling. An ideal place for access to the seaside villages and the quiet country lanes.
