The bed was a very good double and comfortable. A very good welcome pack was provided along with toiletries.
However the refrigerator was far too small to accommodate all the fresh items that needed to be kept cool and no space at all for frozen food.
There was only one sharp knife in the cutlery drawer. Two large saucepans provided but could have done with a small saucepan.
The bedroom could really do with a mirror on the wall above the sockets for using a hairdryer.

The lodge did seem to attract a lot of spiders and cobwebs which didn't appear to have been cleaned away and the fan rose in the shower room needs a good cleaning.
On the surface the lodge was clean and tidy.
