Tiffany's Cottage

Lovely cottage, home from home.

Parking no problem, will stay there again.

The cottage was very clean with ample items for every occasion Items left by the owner of tea, coffee and other items was most welcomed.

Parking on Burnt lane was minimal and at times non available. Will situated between Yarmouth and Lowestoft and the Broards for those that like to get out and about

We enjoyed our stay, the house was ideal for what we needed.

We did expect to be in a more central area but it really didn’t matter. A great selection of DVD’s and games to play. The BBQ was also perfect. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Tiffany’s is very comfortable, clean, and well equipped.

I had no trouble parking. There’s a shop very close. The property is nice and quiet at night especially. There’s a great selection of books and DVDs and plenty of cleaning/washing products in the kitchen. Very good WiFi speed. Highly recommend- thanks David and Wendy.

the cottage was clean and well appointed and the provision of bread milk and biscuits plus a treat for the dog was unexpected and very welcome.

the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent parking could be a bit of a problem especially at weekends. the only thing i thought missing was a clock in the cottage would have been helpful. however all in all a very pleasant stay at Tiffany cottage

Loved it here ourselves and the dogs.

We were a bit iffy when reading some of the reviews but I think some people would nit pick if staying at the Dorchester. Place was clean tidy and comfortable and the added extra doggie treats and milk bread and biscuits were much appreciated. All in all a lovely break thank you.

Parking night mare the owener was lovely cant do enough for you house very clean also garden well kept we had a lovely time but area and parking would make us book somewere els

Our stay at Tiffany cottage?

Was disappointing due to the fact that people had given good reviews ! We found that it needed a deep clean very dusty and the bathroom was very dirty ! The blankets that are left in the living room smell awful. The house itself is very dated the living room is like being in a museum. The area is very rundown the wasteland around the house is very disappointing. Vehicles from a scrap company are dumped everywhere which makes parking a nightmare. we would definitely not return back to Tiffany cottage. We do have photos but unfortunately we are unable to upload them on this site. We were so disappointed with the accommodation that we left early you definitely can find better in the area.

The cottage is very well laid out with lovely furnishings and well suited to a family of 4.

Comfortable sofas and bright lounge. Loved the seagull themed curtains and blinds. Great inclusion of the folding stair gates. Adequately stocked kitchen utensils and pans, including microwave and (I think) an air fryer. Thoughtful inclusion of cleaning materials and condiments. Thank you for the bread, milk and biscuits. However, just a couple of minor things which would have made our comfort mark a 5. If the bed linen was changed to 100% cotton instead of a mixed easycare fabric, that would have made our nights more comfortable. We felt hot and had to have the window open all night which helped but had to close it around 4am when the seagulls woke us. I’m not complaining about the seagulls as they are a well loved fixture of the seaside. The bed itself was lovely and comfortable. Bedroom a good size and the hanging rail instead of a wardrobe made it much more brighter. Secondly, a shaver point in the bathroom would have been handy to charge our electric toothbrush. Luckily we had spare handheld ones. Good position for a nice walk into town and the park where we could let our dog off for a good run around. We loved the cottage and the garden area and would highly recommend it.

Lovely!

Could not fault this place. Spotlessly clean and in a great place for access to the town and surrounding areas. We had been a little worried about the lack of a designated parking space but we had no problems finding somewhere close, mostly outside the door! Nice little suntrap garden with patio furniture. All the appliances worked well. The beds were very comfortable. Really loved it, thank you

Very well equipped cottage and a nice welcome pack for us and the dogs .

Thank you.

Loved the cottage was very clean and the dogs loved the beds stair gates were very handy stopped the dogs going upstairs as we don't let our dogs upstairs at home garden was very pretty but having small dogs they didn't like the stones would come back here again.

Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean.

I thought stairs needed grab rail as open tread. But the stairs were mentioned in description. Area not good, opposite a derelict plot. But not owners fault. Would recommend this as a lovely base to explore.

We,could not fault Tiffany's cottage at all,it really suited us ,the owners think of everything guests may need, good base for touring the coastline of Norfolk and beyond, we will do a return stay in the future.

The property was very clean and decorated very nicely it had all we could need for our The only slight downfall were the nearby surroundings were quite run down .

Our bedroom window looked out to a waste ground . It wasn’t as near to the beach and we like taking walks whilst we are away . There was a park nearby after crossing a very busy road . Gorleston-on-Sea sea was really nice .

Tiffanys Cottage was such a lovely place to stay.

I wish I could have stayed there longer. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. You have everything you need there, apart from your own food. It's like being home from home. We were made to feel very welcome. Thank you so much xx

Tiffanys cottage is lovely and clean, well equipped with comfortable furniture and beds, close to everything, shops, pubs and eateries and a garden for good weather.

Great hosts.
