It is a solid and cosy building well presented and well equipped.. You have to remember it was February when we went but we were never cold. The central heating works well and there was always plenty of hot water.
My only criticism would be that the double bed could have been wider and the furniture in the conservatory was a little on the small side too.
It is well situated and only a couple of miles to the sea side.
Apart from that I would rate this property very highly.

Thank you Peter for your feedback.When I renovated the property it was my p,an to put a king size bed in but upon measuring the room it would limit the access around the bed. Sykes stipulate that on a double bed you must be able to access at either side.so a larger bed wouldn’t work in the space
I take on board your comment about the conservatory furniture, I originally bought it so it could be used indoors or outdoors
