“As with so many rental properties these days, the sofas in the living room were not comfortable at all as they were tired and had lost any support they provided to anyone sitting on them.”

Downstairs bedroom was ok but the bed with it's odd mattress arrangement was not very comfortable. A mind-blowing selection of blue and white crockery in the kitchen, but a smaller selection of ordinary crockery would have been better for us. For a house that could sleep 10, the number of cooking pans was inadequate, and we struggled when we cooked at home. Flies are always going to be a problem in this heat and in a country setting, but Natterjack seemed to be blessed with more flies than usual. It was not pleasant to come into the kitchen/dining area in the morning to be confronted by a floor decorated with a selection of dead flies of all shapes and sizes. The large folding door in the dining area was great when trying to be comfortable in the heat, but then of course we added to the number of flies in the house, a bit of a no win situation. In cooler weather, if we ever get any again, this would be an ideal house for a large family group wishing to enjoy/explore this area of Norfolk.
