Norwich 2 miles. This all ground floor charming property, attached to the owners' home, is perfectly situated in the heart of Norfolk just two miles from the centre of the historic city of Norwich. Ideal for a small family and couples, this property provides lovely accommodation. The open plan living area has a comfortable sitting area for relaxing in the evening and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There are two comfortable bedrooms; a pleasant single with a pull-out trundle bed underneath which leads through to a twin room, both rooms share a bathroom benefiting from an extra-large bath and a separate shower. Outside there is parking for two cars, shared use of the owner's garden and a lovely patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of tea within the peaceful surroundings. The majestic walled city of Norwich with its two cathedrals, theatres, parks, art galleries, fine restaurants, pubs and tea rooms, is just a ten minute drive away, and has plenty to see and do to keep all guests entertained. If you fancy a day at the seaside then be sure to visit Great Yarmouth, just half an hour's drive away, which has something for everyone including crazy golf, wildlife gardens, a Sea Life Centre and donkey rides along the beach. There are also lovely beaches at Southwold, Waxham and Wells which are all within an hour's drive from the property. This lovely property is an ideal base for exploring all the delights that Norfolk has to offer.
