Wow what a wonderful stay we had at Little Barn, we all loved the property.

Firstly it was comfortable to relax whether that was eating around the table or chilling on the sofa, but what it gave us was tranquility, what a position to enjoy the peace of day to day life, was lovely to sit out in the morning enjoying a coffee and getting closer to nature. All so very much appreciated the welcome pack and card when we arrived what a lovely thought. Thank you

Great location, weather was good, the barn had everything you need, was very hot after a day out but fans supplied, recommend closing the blinds before going out to keep the place cooler, flies were a pain but this I think was due to the weather, all in all a great place to stay.

The property was well kept, comfortable and perfect for us and our two small dogs. The garden is fully secure with a beautiful view of the Norfolk countryside. The setting is very peaceful and the property is definitely going on our ‘will stay again’ list. Thank you Kerry.

Wonderful property in a tranquil hamlet , I got lost a few times getting back to it ( I am not very good with Sat nav ) watching the hares and deer out of the seating area was a joy .

The only thing I would recommend is to replace the king size mattress ( a little soft in the middle ) Apart from that what a great place to visit and chill

We had everything we needed and the facilities were brilliant. Everything was clean and we felt really comfortable and cosy for the duration of our stay.

It is such a lovely, peaceful spot surrounded by countryside. The barn itself is clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and feels very bright and welcoming. The garden is perfect for our dog, safe and enclosed and there are also plenty of places for walks nearby. The thoughtful little touches from the owners on arrival were much appreciated.

Just back from a week at Little Barn.

The property was comfortable and absolutely spotless. A good base for exploring north Norfolk and we visited a number of National Trust properties on the north coast which were in easy reach by driving. Would definitely return.

Easy to find. On google maps in the postcode search area look for ‘The Old Dairy’ Last couple of miles of roads to the property very narrow. The property and garden very well maintained. Well equipped and unusually for a holiday cottage plenty of double hooks on door backs and a large coat stand. Overall good storage in the property. Good parking at property. Nice bathroom. Good views across fields and open countryside. Would highly recommend. Plenty to do in a beautiful part of Norfolk.

Little Barn is a lovely place to stay.

So clean, comfortable beds, well equipped and a completely enclosed garden for our dog. The welcome pack was great - even treats for the dog. Only 30 minutes from the beautiful north Norfolk coast.

Really good holiday , Little Barn was perfect , really well presented , very clean and in a lovely quiet location , lovely garden , fully enclosed for my small dogs, would definately stay there again .

Maybe some info about dog walks/walks in general ,even further afield. But you have made it clear that you were available to help sort stuff out at any time during our stay and that counts for a lot . Doing a fantastic job !

Lovely clean holiday cottage, very quiet location but still close enough to coast and attractions.

Everything that you would need is provided and welcome pack was a lovely touch. WIFI was not the best but a great break.

Fabulous Barn and we’ve stayed at a lot!

The Barn itself is a dream presented inside and out to the highest standard, located within a private Hamlet of Barns/Cottages and nicely secluded with private parking and a fabulous view of the Winter sunrise through the two floor to ceiling lounge windows Two large comfy sofas, some say low but we found them ok, generously equipped kitchen although we don’t cook, underfloor heat pump heating which was brilliant on the cold Winter days, King size bed which is extremely comfortable Great secured large garden area ideal for our two dogs Generous welcome pack even including treats for the dogs and nice fresh flowers as well, the best we’ve had! On arrival it seems a little remote but it took no doing to get familiar with the surrounding area, ideally situated for all areas of Norfolk and even North Suffolk if you want venture further Would heartily recommend and book again it was a real pleasure

Yet another wonderful stay in little barn, this is our go to place in north norfolk When you enter the property it gives you a warm cozy feeling,, especially under your feet with the underfloor heating, everything is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable, the views from the sofa in the sitting room are wonderful We were left a lovely welcome pack, even a treat for our dog Josh We will be back next year

It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and it was very well equipped with everything we needed. The welcome card with the owners contact details and the welcome pack (coffee, tea, milk, prosecco, jam & marmalade & dog treats), were a wonderful touch! Being new to Norfolk, it offered a central location to explore. We hope to visit again!

If you are looking for a relaxed break in the countryside this is the place for you .

20 mins from local amenities so still pretty accessible. Could we suggest some board games for rainy evenings ?

We've visited Little Barn quite a few times before and it's always a great experience.

Real care and attention has been given to ensuring that everything is in place to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. A great location and really lovely place. We'll be back again next year for sure.

It was our second visit to little barn.

We found that cleanliness had deteriorated since last visit. Crockery had some what decreased no chopping boards only a bread board, odd mixed cups and mugs with no saucers. The two settee were most uncomfortable and very low to get out of especially for us oldies!! Sorry Kerry but we shall not be back.

We were very impressed with the Little Barn.

The heating was particularly impressive; we never had to touch it and everything was well regulated. We are almost convinced to lay artificial grass in our garden to replace gravel, as the dogs took to it and used it for giving their backs a good scratch! The linen was of high quality, and the bed very comfortable. The front door is reached via a step, but by using a rear gate and ramp up to the back door, access is not at all compromised. The seating in the lounge area is very comfortable, but very low to get out of if of a certain age and infirmity. There is alternative seating. The position and views are delightful and it is wonderful to sit and watch the pheasants, partridge, mother duck and her ducklings, many small birds and even two deer in the field and scrub behind the garden. A home from home.

We loved Little Barn the first time so came back for a second visit The home was again cosy, welcoming, very clean and everything you would need in a home from home, with plenty of room for the two of us and our dog Josh.

We had a fantastic stay and was exactly what we expected.

I hadn’t really looked at the reviews so the little welcome pack was a lovely touch and the underfloor heating, after being out all day, was a godsend! The enclosed garden was exactly what we needed for our dog and although in the middle of nowhere it’s quite central to a lot of good walks and access to the beaches/touristy bits. Highly recommend!

Returned to Little Barn for a lovely pre-christmas holiday.

Again, welcomed by a lovely arrival gift and a lovely clean space. Perfect place for relaxation and chilling with lots to do nearby for exploring and walks for the dogs. Love coming here and can’t wait to return in April!

The little barn!

! What a delight! It will hold such special memories I came with my husband and our two friends I organised it for a surprise 50th for them! We drove round to the back and wow!! There it stood with the tree sparkling in the window!! So special!! Very private. Beds very comfortable very clean! Lovely welcome pack! Always exciting to get one of those! Very very helpful owners! Answered my messages instantly with a reply! Took us few days to find a good walk we got to dead ends and had to scramble over and under things!!. We mainly cooked at the barn but Boxing Day we went to the running horse in Fakenham which was fantastic for the price and lovely staff!! Fantastic meal at the white Swan in Gressenhall gorgeous country pub with lovely staff the bell at Brisley we have heard is the best and we planned to go but was then unable too!!. We wanted to have breakfast at the old dairy took a walk and found it on line it said open but disappointingly it was closed which was a real shame. I think because we had such windy weather it would be nice if fence panels are fixed!! They banged a lot and having a very anxious dog with us ment sleepless nights!. There is lots that could be done to improve the barn! Ie: a little side porch (boot room) for when you come back with muddy boots and dogs! There is the perfect space for it with an extra WC in it would be perfect. But that’s just extras we had a fabulous time don’t hesitate in booking your little barn experience now!!!

Little Barn is absolutely beautiful, we really enjoyed our third stay here.

It has everything you need and is really comfortable and clean. It is in a great location to enjoy walks around the local countryside or set off for the day to explore other areas. We will be back, again

Plenty of space to park your car, to the side or round the back.

Lovely converted barn, warm and comfortable. Felt homely and everything was their, we took bits with us which weren’t needed.The welcome pack on the side was a lovely idea and especially catering for our dog. Although the upstairs den wasn’t used we had to try the quirky steps, very steep to come back down. For us personally the bed wasn’t comfortable so, after 3 nights we slept on the comfy settees, people’s personal choice. The outside area was great for our dog, plenty of space to run around and play ball. Peaceful and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life and you’re in the middle of nowhere. Easy to get to places when venturing out. First time we’ve been to Tittleshall and it won’t be the last. Thankyou for a lovely relaxing week and now back to reality with work.

The owners were really friendly, left a wonderful welcome pack.

The Barn was a delight. So comfortable, well furnished, well equipped. As it is dog friendly there is a nice garden area, fully enclosed with an artificial grass area. We had no complaints at all, will be booking again, in the future. It is slightly off the beaten track, but well worth it. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic barn, would highly recommend.

Garden great for dogs, totally secure and well lit in the evening. The bed was so comfortable it was difficult to get up in the morning! Very spacious open plan kitchen/lounge with views across the farmland, also we really appreciated the welcome goodies (bottle of bubbly, tea, coffee, dog bics etc). Very peaceful and quiet location, easy to get to north Norfolk coast as well as beautiful local villages. Perfect for us and our two dogs, thank you!

Good location for getting out and about , Shame about the TV to WiFi as it kept dropping and loosing signal, The welcome pack was much appreciated , security lights at the front of the barn needs looking at as they where constantly going on through the night and through our stay.

This is a wonderful barn conversion.

The barn was exceptionally clean and tidy with comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you need. Having taken our 2 small dogs, we were able to relax knowing that the garden and yard were fully enclosed so they could not get out. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting an escape for a week or two.

Perfect for dogs as well. Proved to be the centre of a wheel for all the places we wanted to visit in Norfolk. Weather was fantastic and a great crop of blackberries!

This is our second stay, we stayed in the Old Cart Shed at Christmas and most recently Little Barn.

We had a fabulous stay, the cottage was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our daughter loved the snug area. Highly recommended and genuinely cannot wait to book again for some peace and tranquility.

Absolutely perfect!

Lovely welcome pack on arrival, clean and inviting, everything available for a family of 4 and a dog. Beds are super comfy, loved the little secret 'den' up the stairs and children could read and have their own space. Bathroom and kitchen are excellent with everything you need, fully equipped, sparkling and easy to use. Garden was also very good, with great views from the living room of the vast Norfolk landscape. Located on a small shared hamlet of houses so not too isolated but never saw or heard the neighbours. Great location for walking the dog with local footpaths and open fields within walking distance, pubs and farm cafe are all excellent and so friendly. Ideal location for loads of national trust properties and beaches. Great hosts and would love to return some day. Highly recommended. Thank you Kerry

Just back from a lovely 5 days stay, properly was clean, well maintained and fully equipped.

The garden was private and completely enclosed which was perfect for our dog. We found access to fields for lovely walks and Fakenham was only a short drive away for replenishing our supplies, the Chocolate Factory shop alone was worth the visit! We would definitely book again as there was nothing to fault

Little barn is a located in a small complex with lovely views.

The accommodation is very comfortable and modern and was perfect for the 3 of us. There is a field next to the building where you can walk your dog in the morning and evenings. Travelling to the coast takes about 30-40 minutes. We would definitely recommend if you prefer to stay somewhere quieter and commute to the tourist locations.

Perfect place for a short break with our dog, had everything we needed and had some treats left for us which was so thoughtful, nice walk at the back through fields.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Little Barn and the welcome pack was a nice surprise.

Everything we needed was provides and the accommodation very comfortable, although the settee's were a little low for us oldies. Baxter our Springer enjoyed the exercise field and the freedom of the garden. We hope to return again one year and certainly to this accommodation. Maybe the owners could put pressure on Norfolk Councils to make more beaches completely dog friendly and NOT kept on leads as we only found one at Brancaster.

We had a lovely stay at Little Barn.

The barn is rural but very easy to get to places you wish to visit. Kitchen utensils we're of a high quality it was nice to have sharp knives some places we have stayed I've ended up going out and buying knives. Sofa is very comfortable but we did struggle to get up as it is very low. Would be a bonus to have a hand grip on the wall in the shower as I struggled a bit when showering. We had 2 dogs with us who loved the garden area zooming around they would chase each other only downside was the gravel area as when they ran on this the gravel sprayed onto the artifical grass and there was no out door broom to clean up. Would be nice to have a mop & bucket to clean the floors. If your looking for a good holiday rental that is very peaceful and you don't mind travelling to explore Norfolk Little Barn would be perfect.

We have just returned after spending a fortnight at little barn, what a fabulous time we had.

The property is in a stunning area out in the countryside. Little barn is so clean well furnished and very comfortable. The bed is extremely comfortable we slept like babies every night. We were left a very well thought out welcome pack that was much appreciated and enjoyed by us. The owners can not do enough for you, they live on site but are definitely not intrusive. We are already planning our next break there. We have two Dachshunds who had a whale of a time in the well enclosed garden. Our sincere thanks to the owners for providing us with a beautiful holiday home.

The property was gorgeous and the owners left some very thoughtful welcome items, which were really appreciated.

I always write a review truthfully and will mention things that I viewed slightly different from the photos / write up or encountered that may affect someone else..... The bedrooms were nice but there is no spare space for luggage etc, it would all need to be put away in the wardrobe. There isn't a wardrobe in one of the rooms so that may cause a problem. The bathroom smelt gorgeous and was beautifully decorated. The bath, due to the shape of it, unless you were slim, you can only sit in comfortably one end, which is the tap end. There is another rental property opposite which has fencing to give some privacy, however the property has an external light and when that is on, it shines through to your front room, so you have to close the blinds to block it out. In addition there is a garden that runs at the back end of your garden with someone that had dogs that will bark when outside. I am not sure if it is the owner or someone else as they were seen loose outside my rental property at one point. which meant that I had to have my blinds down permanently to prevent my dogs getting agitated. This blocked some of the natural daylight out which was a shame. When the dogs were out in the garden, I would have to bring mine in otherwise they would start barking back . The garden looked bigger in one of the photos, it was a good size but not as big I thought. It was fine for my two lurchers who had space to run around still. These are all minor things and did not detract too much from a very enjoyable stay. The area has beautiful countryside and I would recommend a stay for sure !

We wasn’t sure what to expect, the photos looked good but the actual barn was stunning, 100% if we are returning to the area this is where we will stay!

Loved our stay at Little Barn.

It’s a gem of a place to have as a base to visit all the places we enjoy taking the dogs. A very dog friendly property, enclosed secure large garden for them. Even though there are other properties on site, it feels very private as the screens and walls have been placed to achieve this. Highly recommend Little Barn and hope to visit again in the future. Dogs and humans loved the welcome pack too!

Another fabulous stay at Little Barn!

Lovely place to relax, watch the wildlife, explore Norfolk and this time got to enjoy some local road bike routes too! Doggies love it every time we go! Have booked again and cannot wait to go back!

What a find!

Little Barn is a little gem. We stayed there in January 2023 and it was cosy, clean, well equipped and peaceful. The welcome pack was unexpected and a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and will certainly visit again.

A lovely property.

Very modern and well equipped, everything still felt quite new to us. The kitchen equipment was of a very high quality, even the carving knives were sharp, unlike other properties we have stayed in. The welcome pack gifts were very much appreciated, thank you. The enclosed & secure garden was perfect for our dog although it took him a while to get use to the astroturf! Property is very rural & the road it is on is a single car width so nervous drivers beware. However the road is very quiet & we only encountered one vehicle coming the other way once during our weeks stay. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The attention to detail from the owners ensured a comfortable and great stay throughout and nothing was too much trouble.

I was so pleased to find this place through Sykes Cottages, it was a wonderful Barn Conversion with the very latest technology, very roomy.

Little Barn was just what we needed as a lovely week away.

The property was just as advertised and the fully enclosed garden was perfect for our dog, it was great to know he was safe & we weren't having to constantly check on him. Location was perfect, easy access to footpaths for walks and driving to so many lovely locations to do as much or as little as you want. Thanks to Kerry and David for everything, Liz & family xxxx

The Little Barn holiday was absolutely wonderful.

This was the first holiday our pups went on and the property was fantastic for them and us. We were so impressed with the Little Barn - we loved it and would definitely look at staying again. Thank you to the owners who have a beautiful property which has been finished to an extremely high standard and we enjoyed spending time in - home away from home.

This place is perfect, the owners must be so proud, we didn't want to leave.

Has all the facilities you need, some great pubs nearby and takeaway restaurants (10-15mins drive) and supermarkets about the same distance away, but could always get a delivery too. Peaceful place to stay, and the accommodation is beautiful, our dog loved it too with an enclosed garden we had no worries with letting him run about.

We know it was a good stay as we all said we could really do with a couple more days. Owners were very helpful when we needed to contact them also. The Little Barn, Tittleshall was perfect.

Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Nice touch with milk in fridge, tea, coffee, marmalade and jam all provided. Dogs loved it....We would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay.

Cottage is extremely comfortable, very clean, modern, spacious and light. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the owners had provided tea, coffee and milk, along with a couple of very welcome treats (including one for the dog - a first in all the places I have stayed and a nice extra thought). Location was lovely and rural but easy to get about to the wonderful beaches in North Norfolk. A lovely break and I would definitely come back.

A2 hour journey turned into 4 hours searching for the property.

The app takes u to a main road with fields either side, completely of track to the property. Had difficulty contacting owner due to reception however called back as soon as they received voicemail. No signage to property and Tittleshall Road difficult to find in spring summer. Would benefit from proper clear signage off main road. However, stay extremely faultless, owners thought of absolutely everything, very quiet, isolated and perfect for a relaxing break. Most suited to a very quiet holiday or for those active hiking, walkers, cyclists etc. Need travel at least 6 miles for nearest towns. Local shop open limited hours with limited stock but very friendly all the same. Loved our stay, but did not realise as isolated as we were. No contact with owners at all, however, welcome card and goodies left on arrival. Could have benefited from bread and eggs being left, but just a suggestion. Enjoyed our stay and would consider going back for a much welcome chill out.

An excellent property, immaculately clean and in a superb location.

The owners had left a thoughtful welcome package along with plenty of extras such as dishwasher tablets, hand gel etc. A tiny criticism, and it is only tiny, was that the sofas were a little low (we are in our 60s) but comfy. Ideal if you are younger. The dog loved the garden, he has to be on a lead to go out at home. I really recommend the property, it is stunning

Little Barn was absolutely fantastic, a lovely place in a great location - really nice and quiet and perfect for being able to relax and take some leisurely walks, across the fields and admire the stunning scenery - with the four-legged family members.

I would definitely recommend it and would love to visit again in the future. If I had to provide one bit of feedback, it would be that it would be great to have a mop and bucket available at the property, as I was aware that with two doggies, despite cleaning the dogs before they came in the door, the potential to trapse a bit of dirt in was quite high - and I felt I would have liked to have been able to mop the floors. We had a great time, thank you so much.

We love it here. It’s beautifully presented, comfortable, cosy and a real home from home. The property is spotlessly clean and there are many welcome gifts to enjoy on arrival. The location is peaceful and it’s an easy journey to the north Norfolk coast. Highly recommended!

The barn was lovely.

If you want to be away from the crowds then this is the place.Very clean and modern.The heating is very good so nice and warm very safe for our dog.

Little Barn is a very attractive barn conversion with eco features.

It is tastefully decorated and we'll equipped. The beds were so comfortable that we slept like logs every night, which is most unusual! It is obvious that a lot of thought and love has been put into this accommodation. In addition, the accommodation is very dog friendly and so relaxing to stay in with a dog which meant a great deal to us. The enclosed garden, surrounded by gorgeous countryside, was a joy every day as we saw nature in abundance. We loved it and would definitely return.

Really nice property to stay in as a base to explore Norfolk.

Very clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is also very pleasant. Internet is a bit slow but probably nothing the owner can do about that and I wouldn't let it put me off.

Lovely walks from the property and great for deer spotting and our dogs loved the enclosed garden as a space to run around :) Hosts little gifts on arrival made the start to the holiday all the more special! Have already booked to return! Loved the place! :)

Lovely house that was very easy to find if you put the coordinates into Google.

We had no problems getting there. The house was immaculate and the arrival gifts were a lovely touch. It was nice to go somewhere where dogs are so welcome and the enclosed garden was thoroughly enjoyed by our pooch. We met the owners who were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Good transport links to some great Norfolk attractions as well!

A relaxing and peaceful hideaway.

The owners live next door and couldn't have been more helpful, even treating us to a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome. Will definitely be booking again.

Your instructions to find the barn were not at all clear, we had to ring the owner for help!

For a start, there was no mention of which direction/ road you were starting from!

The Little Barn is lovely!

Such a great space and a perfect place to relax and the fact it is dog friendly and has a lovely sized garden was even better! You need to be aware that to get to the coast is quite a drive but it is totally worth it and I would happily return as the barn has everything you need!

Perfect stay for all of the family.

We stayed at Little Barn in August and the accommodation was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in.

It is a lovely new barn and the kids enjoyed going up to the snug area. All utensils were available in the kitchen. It is located in a nice quiet area. The owners left their numbers if we needed anything. We all enjoyed a lovely stay.
