    “This property was able to meet all our needs for an unexpected stay in the lovely historic city of Norwich.”

    Newly renovated and artistically decorated It was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. All the equipment and fittings are new and of a high standard.The owner Mike who lives downstairs in the basement was very friendly and helpful. I had a temporary mobility problem during the stay and was able to sleep very comfortably on the downstairs bed settee and use the ground floor shower. I would have struggled with the stairs and the high sided bath on the top level. Situated close to the ...

I would have struggled with the stairs and the high sided bath on the top level. Situated close to the Norwich City football ground and the City Centre it also offers easy access to riverside walks (where an otter was spotted during our stay) and Whitlingham Country Park. It would be an ideal property for friends or family groups visiting to attend a football match but wanting to explore all that Norwich has to offer at their leisure. Excellent facilities for eating and drinking and a village shop are all within easy walking distance.

Your comments about the renovation, cleanliness, and equipment mean a lot. The location is one of the things I love most too, especially the riverside walks. And funnily enough, I actually spotted an otter in the River Yare just yesterday, it was swimming about on it's back holding something that could have been a fish just opposite the Waters Edge pub.
