The property

The Haven is a peaceful, self contained ground floor annexe attached to the owners home, located in Wacton, near Norwich, East Anglia. It offers a comfortable base for exploring both Norfolk and Suffolk, including the cathedral cities of Norwich and Bury St Edmunds, the Norfolk Broads and traditional seaside towns. The back door leads to a small entrance porch with a door to the shower room, which has been newly fitted with a large shower cubicle. The porch also leads into the open-plan kitchen and dining area with seating for two people. The kitchen is a classic country-style fitting, with cream units and wooden worktops and a range of on-hand appliances for you to use. There is a spacious double bedroom and sitting room both overlooking the front of the property from an elevated position. The sitting room is a lovely space with a cosy woodburning stove to enjoy in the cooler months, with a TV that includes Netflix and DVD player with a selection of DVDs to keep you entertained of an evening. The bedroom has a calm, minimalist design, with a long window, giving the room an abundance of natural light and lovely views across the village and countryside, right from your bed! There is parking for one car and the main entrance is via the private back garden with side access. The private secluded courtyard garden at the rear of the property catches the sun from mid morning until the evening and is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while planning your day or an evening meal while discussing your days adventures during warmer months. With a secure shed in the garden, ideal for storing cycles and buggies. Situated in the peaceful village of Wacton,guests can enjoy long country walks with dogs or cycle to discover many interesting villages, market towns, and further a field, beautiful beaches, each offering something for everyone to enjoy. The Haven is ideal for couples and solo travelers and offers spacious, comfortable accommodation for guests wishing to explore the area.
