Second time I have stayed in this apartment.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Ideally situated away from the main streets and tourist area, but they area only a five minute walk away, perfect. Owners are contactable if there is any questions which is always good to know.

Ordinary first floor flat on a housing estate.

Very clean presentation, basically equipped with good beds and bedding. Lack of shelving in both bathrooms/showers for essentials like soap/shampoo/toothpaste etc. There is a minimal “information pack” about flat’s equipment but we had to ask questions regarding heating (it was cold during our week there) and tv (Internet based??). Finally understood induction cooker! Owner allowed us in early, she called round to see us and was lovely

Perfect for what we needed.

Comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of space to put things and it was spacious.

Positives: Super location in a quite road within easy walking distance of the quay.

Clean and tidy with well equipped kitchen and dinning utensils. Negatives: Sink in en-suite bathroom far too small. Neither bathroom has shelving to store items, and neither shower has shelves to hold soaps and other bathing products. Television would not work - possible to get sound but no picture - even discussion with owner failed to resolve this issue.

Really lovely location and the property had all we needed for the week.

It is listed with a garden (which it doesn’t have) and there is some unfinished carpentry and paint work internally. This would not stop me from booking it again. The towels and bedding were all clean as was the apartment.

A lovely, very clean, warm and comfortable upstairs appartment situated in a covenient part of Wells with excellent parking.

Just a shame that the refurbisments to the property had not been finished off, this did not however detract tfrom the enjoyment of our holiday.our holiday.

Great location close to the quay and town centre, and good to have off-road parking.

Very helpful owner who responded to a couple of (minor) maintenance issues quickly. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Some aspects of the renovation (e.g. the joinery) are a bit rough and incomplete, and the apartment is quite small, but the four of us enjoyed our stay. The listing mentions a garden/patio but I think only the downstairs apartments have access to this.

Close to main areas, shops, restaurants and harbour. A brilliant location for exploring this part of Norfolk.
