    “Our family had a fantastic Christmas stay at The Firs!”

    Pam the owner met us on arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the house and grounds. We had a comfortable stay in the house, it had all the facilities we needed and more. Highly recommended.

The property

The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with range style cooker with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining area, a sitting area with Smart TV, a conservatory and a library.

The bedrooms consist of a four king-size rooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms, all are serviced by a bathroom, shower room and a cloakroom.

Outside there is a private garden with patio, lawn furniture and barbecue.

Within 3.5 miles there is a shop and 2.8 miles a pub.

Two-well behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

The Firs is a great setting for a family getaway to Norfolk.

DEREHAM

Fakenham 12 miles; Norwich 18 miles; King’s Lynn 27 miles.

Just a stone’s throw from the A47, located in central Norfolk, is the popular market town of Dereham (known locally as East Dereham) with a heritage dating back to Saxon times. Today Dereham enjoys excellent local amenities, which include Bishop Bonner’s Cottage Museum, the magnificent 13th-century church of St Nicholas, along with a wide selection of high street shops. On the edge of Dereham you can enjoy a journey on East Anglia’s longest heritage railway - the Mid Norfolk Railway, with steam and diesel trains to choose from.
