Enjoy this together at a spacious dining room in the conservatory or indulge in an alfresco affair at the outdoor dining table.
If the sun is shining, why not have a barbecue?
While the evening away and savour being surrounded by the whole family before retiring upstairs where four king-size rooms, one of which boasts an en-suite bathroom, and two fun twin rooms await; all are serviced by a bathroom and sleek shower room as well as a cloakroom.
The Firs lies near the town of Dereham home to a myriad of bars and pubs including The Bull, The Cherry Tree and The Red Lion, stop here to refuel before exploring Bishop Bonner’s Cottage Museum and Dereham Windmill.
You could also venture to Brancaster Beach or Holkham Beach which rests in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and explore the sandy coast or head to the vibrant city of Norwich where you can immerse yourself in local history at the Museum of Norwich at the Bridewell or Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery.
Norwich is also home to an array of shops with something for everything, the perfect place to pick up a souvenir for those back home.

The Firs is a spacious and characterful property.
Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There is a large variety of interesting and different places and attractions in the surrounding area.
A lovely property, well taken care of, has everything you need and perfect for our family weekend gathering.
Host, Pam, was extremely helpful and responsive.
We had a lovely stay at the property with my family, 12 of us in total.
There was plenty of space for us all to be together when eating and playing board games and enough rooms to spread out when some needed quiet time. Tip: The main light in the conservatory is operated by a remote control which is often left in the blinds! It would have been helpful to have more details regarding what is recycled in Dereham as we weren't local so didn't know if plastic could go with cardboard, glass etc. Once the property is heated then it stays very warm. The property was very near Dereham which is a lovely place to visit. The George Hotel and the Bull Inn provided very nice meals. Castle Acre was a lovely village with a Castle and Priory to visit. Pam was extremely helpful when we needed assistance, thank you.
