Little Lodge

Lovely little week with the family, a couple of gripes but nothing major, things like low water pressure, doors to the lodge occasionally don’t lock, wardrobe door handles fell off, little things, needs a bit of money spent on the lodge to make it a 5*.

Overall a lovely week, weather was great, kids had a great time, thank you to Emma x

Little Lodge is absolutely gorgeous in every way.

There are some lovely walks nearby and the diner on-site is a little gem with good food and reasonably priced drinks. Everybody is friendly and very welcoming. It was my second time staying and we will definitely stay again in the near future.

We had a lovely stay at Little Lodge, The lodge was spotless, cosy, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable break.

The hot tub was definitely a real highlight, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The setting was peaceful & beautiful , making it the ideal place to switch off. It really felt like a home away from home. Overall, It was a wonderful stay & great value for money, a real treat without breaking the bank. We’d definitely recommend Little Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we’d love to come back again.

Amazing stay, facilities were outstanding.

Very accommodating and have everything we could have needed and some we would have never expected. The hot tub was amazing and the location was peaceful and easy to find. Would highly recommend little lodge and we intended to return.

We spent four nights at Little Lodge, the area is very peaceful and beautiful.

The Lodge itself had everything we needed, very clean and homely. The hot tub is great, a relaxed way to chill in the evening for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Little Lodge.

Lovely property in a beautiful location.

Very comfortable, and the hot tub a blessing! Owner made certain we were comfortable and then let us have our privacy. The site itself has an excellent bar/ grill with good food and drink at very reasonable prices, and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. A beautiful part of the country with so many wonderful places to visit and extremely nice people! Highly recommended! Edward and Vivienne

Emma the owner, is lovely and friendly.

We had a great chat. Nothing too big for her to do. She keeps the cottage very clean and tidy. All the appropriate things were supplied. A micro and Air fryer. Had a great time in hot tub. ❤️

This 'so called' 'Little Lodge' maybe should be renamed 'the spacious little lodge'.

It turned out for my wife & I, to be the ideal location to just switch off, relax & totally chill out. We also enjoyed the food & drinks at the close by Parkside bar & grill with the added bonus of live music of which was also quality.

Has everything you need for a relaxing break. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend a visit.

It was equipped with everything you could possible need. Spotlessly clean extremely comfortable. So many thoughtful touches. The hot tub was amazing, the host was friendly and welcoming. Bev and myself really enjoyed our stay at little lodge.

Peaceful and tranquil break. Only saw Emma the owner, who lives next door just the once. She was very friendly and just told us to give a shout if we needed anything, lovely lady.. Perfect place to unwind.

A lovely (not so little) lodge tucked away in the Norfolk countryside.

The Hot tub is great and made such a difference to our relaxing break, especially with the curtain you could pull all the way round, great when the weather not so good. Knowing the owner was nearby was reassuring, although we only saw her when she introduced herself soon after our arrival. Parking directly outside convenient.

What an absolute gem of a little cottage!

Spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and just so, so beautiful. The hot tub and BBQ were perfect! Emma, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart—we were so happy to have met her. We can’t wait to book again!

Little Lodge was the perfect little accommodation for our stay.

Very cosy and clean, and really well situated for various tourist attractions. We will be back!

The just owner lives next door, Would of been nice to meet the host as was unsure of a few things but I get everyone is busy

We had a lovely stay at the Lodge.

Kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Park, field, hot tub and on-site bar/restaurant was a bonus. Lovely surroundings. We met lots of friendly people. Property could have benefited from a line to hang wet towels / swimwear after the hot tub. Water pressure was a slight issue in the shower but we put that down to the remoteness so no huge impact. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

Such a beautiful cottage in a pretty and peaceful location.

Well equipped, immaculately clean, and with many luxurious furnishings, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hot tub was so relaxing after a busy day out and about exploring Norfolk, and the two bathrooms and huge bedroom were a real treat and so spacious for two.The on-site cafe/bar, only five minutes walk away, offered delicious meals at a very reasonable price in friendly surroundings. Altogether, a fabulous cottage holiday- highly recommended by us both !!

We have had such a wonderful stay.

The lodge was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was a lovely bonus and the area was so quiet and peaceful. Seeing deer roaming around and having the lake nearby was so tranquil. We usually only ever find a lodge and stay the once, but for the first time ever, this is on our list to come back. Just beautiful!

What a glorious stay!

A wonderful couples break with all the facilities you could need, in a cosy and modern lodge. The owners live next door and are very friendly and helpful. Lovely location, wonderful strolls around the area and beyond. Would absolutely love to come back and have recommended it to lots of people already, having only got back yesterday!

Emma was amazing.

She welcomed us on our first day. The property was absolutely stunning and the hot tub was a welcome addition after sight seeing and walking. I would 100% recommend little lodge to family and friends.

Met by owner, showed around the facilities and then left to enjoy the property, lovely hot tub, great place to stay, really enjoyed the week.

WOW.

Emma and Paul have created a quiet little haven in a Norfolk backwater. From the moment we were greeted by them both on the first day, to the moment we drove away , we were comfortable, felt at home and we wanted for nothing. Emma was always on hand if we needed anything and Paul offered advice on the local area. The lodge is exactly advertised, well stocked, well furnished, and a great hot tub. We were blessed with great weather so took advantage of the good sized garden and very comfortable outdoor furniture. Thanks to Emma and Paul, hopefully, in the next couple of years, we will be back.

This was an absolutely amazing stay.

The owner met us upon arrival, and showed us how everything worked, upon discovering I was pregnant she made sure that the hot tub was turned down so that I could use it. The facilities are incredible and the photos don’t do it justice. There are lots of things nearby to enjoy a day out and the local pub is friendly and very welcoming. The only issue we had was the WiFi was very slow and at times didn’t work, but you are in a forest so that is to be somewhat expected.

Wonderful stay, enjoyed every minute of it only downside is we wish we had booked for longer, the owner was funny and really friendly made us feel really welcome.

So many things to do around the cabin. Water skiing, local pub and restaurant and a park/tree swing for the kids.

We had a lovely stay at Little Lodge, the owner greeted us on arrival, we had everything we needed, the lodge had a nice homely feel and a decent hot tub which was great, the only thing was the WiFi wasn’t great.

We would definitely recommend staying here!

We went to Little Lodge for our wedding anniversary & a little break away to relax.

Little lodge was a very nice and a clean place, with all the mod cons. The hot tub was amazing too. The little pub & bistro on site is also worth a visit. Emma the owner greeted us on our arrival she was very lovely & kind. The only negatives we found was the only baking tray provided didn’t fit the oven & the shower in the en-suite was too small it may benefit from a bath instead. The weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of the week away. We visited a few other places (Hunstanton beach, Norwich, Wells-next-to-the-sea & Cromer) which were very nice apart from the heavy rain. But overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this Little Lodge.

We was met by the owner Emma on our arrival who showed us round - She's a very friendly and bubbly person indeed.

Little Lodge was very clean, tidy, and comfortable and having the hot tub on the decking was definitely a bonus, too. We enjoyed our time at Little Lodge where we were most definitely able to relax and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

The perfect way to spend new year for us.

The property had great facilities and even in the storms we had it was still such a lovely break. The hot tub being under cover meant it could still be used in the pouring rain. The owner was lovely and on hand if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely beautiful lodge to stay in.

Was amazing with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Met Emma briefly, lovely to meet you...will definitely be back, looking to book in the summer, but if not will be back next winter as perfect, especially with the hot tub, was so romantic. The layout of the lodge is superb, providing the most relaxing stay, sitting in watching TV or popping across to the restaurant for eats, literally 2 min walk away. Its just perfect. Although the offsite pub is about 2.8 miles away, but a lovely romantic walk with little traffic to be seen. Thanks Emma! see you again soon. X

It was a lovely little getaway!

Although our stay was sadly cut short due to getting home for a funeral, the short time we had there was lovely.

Owner was lovely when greeting us, the place is amazing and we will definitely be back soon.

Extremely relaxing holiday to celebrate our anniversary.

The little lodge was very clean and cosy. We never had to change the heating, it was just the right temperature. The hot tub is covered and has curtains which was great for extra privacy and more to shield us from the rain and wind! So it was enjoyable to use and lovely after a cold day walking around. Table was a good size for us to play all our board games. Very sad to leave.

What a gorgeous little getaway in the most stunning little lodge! The lodge was nicely decorated, extremely clean with everything you need to live comfortably. I must say the hot tub was the most amazing addition to that lodge, lovely to relax in, during the evenings. We went to relax for a couple of days, not wanting to do much travelling, so to discover there was a clubhouse on site was a real bonus. Full of lovely locals, and great management. Food and drink both reasonable priced and great. Emma and her partner was lovely hosts, it was a pleasure to meet them. We are booking our return to the lodge this evening and already look forward to returning.

Little Lodge is a lovely well laid out lodge.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay can be found in the Lodge. The location is excellent, the on site bar is well worth a visit, very friendly and welcoming.

We had a great stay at Little Lodge and would recommend it to everyone.

It is very comfortable and well equipped. Being situated in woods it was very quiet during the night. The hot tub and outside area is lovely. The owner lives next door which is handy if you need to ask any questions. We found her to be a very helpful and friendly host - nothing was too much trouble.

Little lodge was a gorgeous place to stay, we were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the week.

The hot tub was a big hit with my son, the two of us will definitely be back for another visit, I would bring the hubby but as you don’t allow dogs he will have to stay home with our two cockapoos

We have just spent a relaxing week at Little Lodge.

It is a modern, most comfortable lodge with all the facilities you need. The owner lives next door, and is most welcoming and helpful. We loved using the hot tub and there are plenty of seats in the outdoor space. Ideally situated for visits to King's Lynn and Norwich (with plenty in between including Sandringham and lots of beaches) we would highly recommend this Lodge to anyone looking for time away.

Little Lodge is a beautiful place to be!

A real haven to chillout and relax. The attention to detail and design is outstanding and the hot tub and garden furniture provide an extra layer of luxury. With such lovely hosts as Emma and Paul, who were always on hand for help and advice, you really couldn't ask for more. The onsite bar is very friendly and serves a good range of drinks and quality food.

This is without doubt one of the most amazing lodges we have stayed in, which is certainly a credit to the Emma who does a fabulous job as host and would do anything for her guests to ensure they had a great time.

We also spent a lot of time during our stay in the hot tub which was the icing on the cake. I would certainly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a value for money holiday in a brilliant location to tour around.

! We’ve been to a lot of lodges and this is up there as one of our favourites. Spotlessly clean, with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Love the four poster bed, so comfy. Hot tub was amazing and has been upgraded, not a lazy spa, now one with lighting, music & fully covered. Thankyou to Emma, who is such a lovely host. Highly recommend this lodge.

First impressions were the photos online don't do it justice. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We were out most days but Little Lodge was a lovely place to return to. A real home away from home. The hot tub was a great addition. Emma was a brilliant host. Really friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend Little Lodge to friends and family and will be back for another stay in the future.

The cafe/bar onsite was also very nice, again with very friendly owners and we felt a real sense of community on the whole site. Definitely recommend Little Lodge. Another plus was the hot tub, which is a proper hot tub, covered by a gazebo with curtains, so even though the weather wasn't great you felt lovely and warm and sheltered in the hot tub

The lodge is based on a site with other lodges around.

There’s a nice little cafe/bar on site which is a nice place to go if you don’t want to make lunch yourself. The area is good for walking in as there are trails in walking distance so no driving needed. The lodge itself was a lovely place. Clean and cozy. It was nice to see that there was a selection of leaflets to look at to see what was around in the local area. It was also to our surprise that it was a proper hot tub instead of the blow up one shown in the photo. Me and my boyfriend loved spending our time there, any issues we had Emma was there to help. Definitely recommend.

Aa absolutely beautiful lodge, so well equipped nothing had been overlooked.

Spotlessly clean & the towels, beddings & lounge throws all smelt phenomenal. We were holed up unfortunately as we were both poorly so this was a real test of comfort & it met all the criteria we could hope for. Thank you to all the staff who obviously take great pride it the lodge.

The lodge was immaculate,very comfy and welcoming.The hot tub was a huge bonus and a great way to relax after day trips out. The surroundings areas were varied, and each one had its own charm. We were impressed with the cosiness and comfort of the lodge. Emma the host was extremely friendly and was available if we ever needed anything. We will be recommending this to our friends and family as a fantastic break away. We hope to be back some time in the future.

Soon as we pulled up the host was so welcoming, and opening the doors you could just smell how fresh and clean the whole place was! Sitting in front of the electric fire watching films and playing games, with the added bonus of the hot tub. Would 100% come back again, thank you for a perfect weekend!!

Amazing stay, great place to relax, everything you need is provided in the lodge, warm, comfortable and very clean.

Bar and cafe with very reasonable prices with friendly staff and locals literally 200 yards away. Chill in the hot tub and watch the stars or relax on the patio and see the wildlife amble by, deer, badgers and foxes. Emma, the owner, is next door and anything you need to know or want, she can point you in the right direction. One of the most relaxing breaks we have had, thanks guys.

Had the most amazing time.

The property was lovely and clean, cosey and warm. The jacuzzi was absolutely lovely. Our host was so kind and friendly too. We came in freezing temperatures but we both still had such a wonderful time. The property is a lovely as it looks in the pictures probably even better in person. I will definitely be back again in the not to distant future!

My little girl really enjoyed the garden, the hot tub and even the park there. The whole area is a lovely walk around and the pub is very friendly and welcoming. Wish we were lucky enough to have a lovely Lodge to live in.

The lodge was beautiful and extremely comfortable and clean. Our hosts Emma and Paul were lovely., as was the hot tub we have stayed in many holiday homes over the years but this one topped the lot we will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay for our first family getaway with our baby.

No faults it was clean and perfect for what we wanted and great location. We would say just as some feedback we did have to buy a bottle opener for our wine and we didn’t bring tea or sugar, so maybe a note on the booking to bring tea coffee sugar salt and pepper(unless there was and we missed it)

The owners are lovely people who were extremely helpful. The Lodge is just perfect and the location great for exploring the area! I’m sure I’ll be back!!

The Little Lodge is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to get away for a break.

Inside was stunning and there was everything we needed . Outside there was some comfy seating on the decking and a really clean hot tub which was great after a day at the beach . The club house was very nice too and the owners were so friendly. The owners of Little Lodge couldn’t do enough for you and credit to them for making the lodge so welcoming . Came away tired and stressed went home relaxed and happy .

An excellent house for a couple.

Newly built it has some things reported to the owner that need fixing but they didn't spoil our stay. Sofa bed in living room only suitable for close family member as the upstairs bedroom is not isolated from the groudfloor room.
