The cottage was well located, quiet, garden full of nature, whilst the cottage itself was clean, comfortable & warm.

A footstool would have been useful for mum to put her feet up on. Showers worked well & always had hot water.

What a charming cottage with lovely garden we had an abundance of rabbits visiting not to mention deer it was very clean with everything you might need & the good weather was bonus

Lovely place, every thing you needed.

Underfloor heating was lovely and made it extra warm and comfortable. Lovely views and nice enclosed garden and a supply of garden furniture if it was the summer. Grandchildren loved, and wasn't to far from anywhere by car.

Cottage was spotlessly clean and really well cared for.

The kitchen equipment was particularly well thought through. In general the cottage has everything you need as a home from home. Was a great winter stay- warm, comfortable and relaxing. The garden looked great and could imagine is lovely to sit out in during the summer watching the horses and wildlife. Just as photos. There was plenty of space and furniture genuinely set up for 6- not 4 + 2 kids! Location was great too. It felt peaceful and remote, but you are actually only 5 minutes drive from Tesco. We loved being 6 or 7 minutes from lovely beach walks and cafes. Would be happy to go back there any time.

As someone who regularly stays in cottages I can honestly say that this was the best.

It was warm, comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated and furnished. It was even a pleasure to spend the whole day in there because of heavy rain. An ideal place to stay to explore the Norfolk coast.

Modern very clean nice surroundings very comfy beds.

Perfect place for a family holiday. The only downside was we only booked for one week. We looked to book for Christmas but was booked up but will be back sometime next year.

Flint Cottage is in a fabulous location in Norfolk - close to beaches and National Trust properties but very close to amenities as well.

The property was clean and well maintained and very private. The owners are lovely and it was a pleasure getting to know them. Flint cottage is a very comfortable home away from home.

This was the fourth year we have been there and we love it out the way but close enough to so many things an so peaceful you only get odd car , sometimes horse riders and joggers.

we have stayed in the house next door twice and this one twice both good so I can’t fault it

We all loved the wildlife and peaceful location. We would recommend to friends & family. We would also like to say thanks to owners for the cake & milk left for us on arrival. We would love to return again sometime in the future.

Everything was well thought out and provided. We have stayed at many Sykes cottages and this was certainly one of the best.

So comfortable and the cleanest place we've ever stayed in. Had everything we needed and a perfect location for exploring Norfolk. Lovely welcome by the owner and also they checked in on us the morning of our departure. The little welcome pack was a nice touch too. Thankyou!
