Beck View

We had a lovely week at Beck view, very clean, modern and had everything we needed for our stay.

Chris and Wendy were very welcoming, helpful and easy to contact during our stay. We loved the quiet and peaceful location, the children enjoyed going on an evening walk to look at the deer and other wildlife in the nearby fields. We would highly recommend Beck View and are planning our next stay.

Our return visit and we were not disappointed with this beautiful property which has been sympathetically renovated to a very high standard by the present owners and providing all that is needed.

A lovely peaceful location and yet within easy reach of the North Norfolk Coast, Norwich, Holt and other local attractions. Perfect.

Everything was great. Extremely clean and appointed. Sitting in the courtyard every day was so relaxing, the week went too quickly. Fantastic location to see North Norfolk. Great pub a mile away. Owners very welcoming and friendly. We will recommend this cottage to anyone.

Beck View is a lovely house to stay in, clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished.

The friendly owners live just next door. Our welcome pack included scones, jam and a wonderful home grown lettuce. Beck View is in a very quiet rural setting along a lane amongst fields and woods. We loved relaxing in peace and quiet on the patio, listening to the birdsong and looking out for the hares in the adjacent field. There are plenty of places to visit within an hour’s drive; all well documented in the information folder in the house. We had a very pleasant relaxing week at Beck View and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful cottage with a wonderful view from the perfect patio.

We saw deer, hares, barn owls, long tail tits, pheasants, woodpeckers and the noisiest wren in Norfolk!! My mum and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will make it our holiday destination in 2028. I’m hoping to return sooner. Wendy and Chris are the perfect hosts.

Had a lovely week staying here with my wife, nice spacious property with everything you need for a week away, the property is very clean, and it was nice having the two good size bathrooms, views from the lounge are very nice and in the better weather it has a super little garden to sit in with lots of wildlife around.

Made a nice change for owners to take the time to greet and make you feel welcome when you arrive, along with a good welcome pack, lots to do in the area, would visit again in the future.

You have to remember that there are TWO en-suites, so you have to bring two of soaps, tooth pastes etc.

Lovely beds, duvets and pillows. VERY quiet location until Biggles over flew us one day. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Wendy and Chris the owners were perfect hosts, there was a very welcome pack to greet us and we thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic plums from their garden. It is a very quiet property, and easily accessible, and was central to all places to visit. Several excellent pubs in the area within a few minutes drive. Beds were very comfortable and overall a much needed break.

We had a lovely stay at Beck View, it had everything we needed,comfortable ,quiet,clean and in a great position to explore the area.

The welcome pack was much appreciated too.The little visits at night by the Muntjac deer in the field was an added bonus.Highly recommend a visit too Holt and Wells next to the Sea.Once again thankyou Wendy and Chris for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic accommodation. Awesome to see so much wildlife, including the wild peacocks and local owl. Brilliant hosts, who made our stay just right, thank you. Enjoyed days in, making the most of the garden, as well as day trips to the coast. Great meal and friendly staff at the Fox at Lyng. Highly recommend and we hope to return. Thank you

Beautiful Holiday Cottage and lovely owners.

If you want quiet, spacious, clean and ideally located for attractions of central and north norfolk this couldn't be better

We stayed here during the recent heatwave and it was very hot in the lounge area.

However, the hosts kindly purchased a large fan for us which did the job. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and ideal for sightseeing North Norfolk, a great base home from home.

Lovely bungalow, modern clean decor and furnishings.

Everything we needed was provided. Welcome pack of bread, milk and scones much appreciated. No problems using any appliances as all had instruction leaflets provided. Very enjoyable stay. Lots to see and do in the area and very useful tourist information and where to shop provided.

Delighted with the property it was very well furnished and very comfortable.

Everything you could wish for was there everything seems to have been thought of highly likely we would return and certainly would be willing to recommend it.

Well located and easy to get to anywhere in Norfolk in less than an hour which suited us. Would recommend and would return if we ever came back to Norfolk.

Beck View was spotlessly clean very comfy beds.

Cant recommend it enough. Bungerlow has everything you need. Both bedrooms having en suite was added bonus. Hoping to return.

What a gem of a property.

The owners have thought of everything. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The standard at this property was amazing and we would say the best we have ever stayed at. Wonderful welcome pack. Friendly owners. Brilliant location. We went to Thursford Christmas Spectacular and Sandringham Christmas market and the property was ideally situated for both. We had a brilliant experience staying at Beck View and will definitely be back next year. Thank you Chris and Wendy your property is delightful, what an amazing place you have. 10/10

Beck View is a fantastic well appointed cottage with everything you could need.

It was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, and furnished to a high standard. It’s also in a perfect location to visit the lovely North Norfolk coast and its surrounding countryside.

It was in a great spot for visiting interesting places. The owners were very welcoming and were there should we need anything. Next time we visit north Norfolk we would definitely book this cottage again

Wendy and Chris have created a home from home feeling within the cottage which adds to the enjoyment of your holiday. The facilities are well appointed, bedrooms are of a decent size and the beds are extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend this cottage and location.

The two en-suite bedrooms are a real asset.A peaceful rural location but the North Norfolk Coast and other popular tourist attractions are all readily accessible.Chris and Wendy provided a much appreciated welcome pack.They made us feel very welcome and should be proud of what they have achieved at Beck View. We received a very warm welcome from Wendy and Chris on arrival and had a most enjoyable stay in this well situated cottage.

The accommodation was immaculate, comfortable and spacious - perfect for two friends holidaying together - allowing privacy for both. We found this to be the ideal location for all that North Norfolk has to offer - towns, countryside and coast. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the wildlife and listening to the water flowing in the beck. We would highly recommend this property - a real home from home!

We were a party of 2 couples and enjoyed our holiday in this immaculate and tastefully furnished cottage.

Very comfortable beds, everything very clean and lots of hot water. We liked sitting in the lovely garden watching the wildlife in the field beyond... we saw 4 roe deer and 2 muntjac deer while we were there! The property is in an excellent position for getting to lots of interesting places. Norfolk has a lot to offer like the coast and the Broads and gardens open to the public and is very pretty especially at this time of year with all the Spring green trees and hedgerows, blossoms and wildflowers etc. The only comment we would make is that a shelf or something to put toiletries on in the showers and a hook or two in the bathroom/shower rooms would have been really appreciated. Wendy and Chris were very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. We fully recommend this property.

Without doubt, a fine holiday base, located in the quiet heart of Norfolk.

The cottage is well equipped, very comfortable beds and one room has a brilliant walk-in shower. The owners are delightful folks who are dedicated to ensuring that their guests get the best from their stay. The only negative comment is that the bins in the kitchen are are just not big enough. We would certainly look to book again for a future trip to Norfolk.

A lovely, very clean and comfortable cottage!

Situated in an ideal location near to villages and places to visit. We received a warm welcome from Wendy and Chris on our arrival and they left us to our own devices, but were easily available if needed. One of the nicest cottages we have stayed in and hopefully we’ll be back.

The Welcome Pack was yummy, the kit and equipment provided was of a high quality. Easily the best property we have ever stayed in. The hosts were also exceptionally good too. There if you needed them and in the background if you didn't.

This cottage is brand new and we were the fourth people to holiday there.

It’s immaculately decorated, two lovely large double bedrooms, both en suite, and fully equipped in the kitchen. Nice quiet area with plenty of wildlife can be seen in the field through the patio doors. By far the best cottage we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended.

We appreciated the welcome, including the treats, and everything was included in the property that was needed for a relaxing and enjoyable break. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Beck View and hope to return in future.
