“I would say not being able to get in until 5pm was an issue as I was coming away with my sister in law and bringing our mother in law and her sister so they could have done with getting in sooner.”

Plus we couldn’t understand why when we had to be out by 10am having basically cleaned up everything! The kettle we struggled to get the lid off - maybe invest in an easier one! And the heating was difficult to operate - and my late husband was a heating engineer!! There is also a stereo speaker but we couldn’t work that out either! I had asked also for all beds to be double but we still ended up with one being a twin room.
