This detached property is beautifully laid out over the ground floor, and offers spacious, comfortable accommodation.

Step inside and each room branches off from the hallway; to the left is the sitting room, overlooking the front of the property.

This room offers the perfect space for relaxing after a day out exploring this wonderful area, and on cooler nights you can enjoy the glow from the woodburning stove as you relax with a game or good movie.

The well-equipped kitchen is next to the sitting room and is of a good size, with everything you will need for your stay.

The kitchen opens out to the large conservatory where you can enjoy breakfast while overlooking the extensive back garden.

From the hallway you can also access the two bedrooms, which are both ample in size and enjoy views over the front and the back gardens.

There is also a family shower room.

The fabulous Norfolk coastline is on your doorstep, and with pretty coastal villages easy to discover just a few miles away you will have plenty do here, ensuring you want to return again and again.

The area offers excellent walking, golfing nearby and an abundance of wildlife.

It is also ideal for road cyclists and there is secure storage for your bikes in the property’s garage.

If you’d rather get on the water, you can take a boat trip and perhaps catch a glimpse of the seals from nearby Blakeney or Morston.

There is a station close by, on the line known as the Poppy Line, which is a steam train running between Sheringham and Holt throughout the summer months, offering a ‘hop on hop off’ service.

With so many interesting things to do and places to visit nearby, beautiful sandy beaches to uncover and comfortable accommodation to return to at the end of each day, this property is ideal all year round.
