    “What a stunning property, it really felt like our 'home' (not just a rental property) for the week.”

    Standard of everything from bedding to blinds etc all such good quality. Cleanliness for such a large property was impressive too. Large dining table is such a treat to all be able to eat together and the kitchen is superbly equipped for cooking! Outdoor areas all that you could need and more and the gardens are very well enclosed for dogs. Bathrooms very luxurious.Will definitely be back! Our family group had such a special week together. Handy the supply of toddler bowls etc too. Everything ...

The property

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, dining seating, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for 12 and radio, a sitting room with TV and open fire, and a snug with open fire and TV with Sky, DVD player and soundbar, a conservatory/games room with pool table and dart board.

The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a second-floor king-size with zip/link and en-suite bathroom, two second-floor king-size with zip/link, a king-size and a twin, both with zip/link, In the three bedrooms with no ensuite, there is a single bed in each room.

There is also a put you up bed that can sleep a child under the age of 12 years old, along with a second-floor bathroom, bathroom and two cloakrooms.

Outside, there is a front garden with lawn, gravel and furniture, rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, hot tub and barbecue, as well as ample off-road parking.

Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property.

About the location

SOUTHREPPS

Overstrand 3.5 miles; Cromer 5 miles; Sheringham 10 miles.

The village of Southrepps lies just five miles south of Cromer near to the north Norfolk coast. The village boasts two shops and a popular pub. Overstrand village is just over three miles away and sits on the cliff top overlooking a large sandy beach. The popular seaside resort town of Cromer is just five miles from Southrepps and is world famous for Cromer crabs, a true delicacy. A couple of miles further up the coast is the genteel resort of Sheringham which acts as the terminus for the North Norfolk Steam Railway. A little further afield are the popular market towns of Holt and Aylsham, the cathedral city of Norwich and an abundance of wildlife and birdwatching opportunities.
