    Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you experienced some issues. Just to clarify for future guests, there is a drying rack available in the cupboard with the vacuum and mop. The heating was set to 22°C, but I’m always nearby and happy to help if anything isn’t quite right — a quick call would have allowed me to assist straight away. BRUNDALL

Acle 6 miles; Norwich 8 miles.

Brundall is a large village on the banks of the River Yare in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. The village is famous for boat building and it is a centre for boat hire. The village is home to a number of shops, bars and restaurants and has a railway station on the Norwich to Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft line. Just eight miles from Brundall is the magnificent city of Norwich. Norwich boasts some of the finest buildings in Britain, with two cathedrals, a Norman castle and several large houses. Elm Hill is one of the oldest streets in Norwich, with beautiful cobblestones and Tudor houses, some now home to independent shops. Norwich also offers art galleries, museums, theatres and cinemas, as well as beautiful parks and gardens. Visit its stylish pubs, cafés and restaurants and enjoy its excellent shopping facilities.
